Let me stop your right there...

"Could care less" isn't even proper English. It's "Couldn't care less" and only that, like it or not, you should have been taught.

I actually read up about that confusing line, and "Couldn't care less" can be interpreted as "I care so much, it's impossible to care less"

The way I interpret it is: "I don't care about it at all, it's impossible to care less".

It's a bit of a stretch, but I see Yuki as in denial. He was in denial that his father was a wasted piece of human being and longed to see the stars with him and his mom. He was in denial when his Dad broke his "cellphone" and still forgave him. He's not very good at accepting reality and his father isn't very good at caring for anything, which is why he "repented" so easily. I agree that it was pretty weak, but we can blame the manga for that. We can only blame the studio for crappy directing.

I've give up on Mirai Nikki going for its entire potential, so I'ma take a que from Yukkkii and go into denial about its faults. There is some good though, so I'ma focus on that.


One thing that should be noted about ALL of the diary owners(fourth might be the exception, although he has his kid) is that they are extremely 🤬 up.

Probably should have said that I read the entirety of Berserk. Pretty nice, though the amount of rape is astounding.
 
You'd... Not actually be surprised. It's usually accompanied or followed by incredible amounts of gore or horrific mental trauma. Or all four at the same time, by the time some of the later arcs roll by.

Sure, not all of their hits are great. But they do have some genuinely great music. And as for their less-than-great hits, they're still reasonably catchy pop songs. Naturally a little dated compared to today's pop, but not really any worse.

I can understand if they're not your cup of tea, but I don't see how you could actively hate/strongly dislike them unless you have a burning hatred for all pop and only know of The Beatles' more poppy songs. :p

I like a few of their songs but overall, not impressed. I agree with them being better than today's pop music though.

Give it another week (or 7) and I'll be happy with it. This is where it stands now:

I have to repair the goddamn Core Booster because the front end just decided it wanted to break for no goddamn reason whatsoever. Brittle POS. Now I have to be a fancy ass and use modeling cement or Krazy Glue (I really don't care either way) and sand off the excess glue as I have nothing to apply a precise amount. FML.

Also, new user title because it's true.
