Well, it was awesome, nonetheless. Though, this is turning into an unrealistic anime. At least Higurashi was mostly realistic.

We need Stig to go to a intervention! Alright, everyone tell Stig your feelings about his obsession about that kind of anime.

Dude! You have Ichigo 100% #7 ?!?!?! I need that!!
^ Yup, got it since before new year's day. I only had the time to read it last night. Plus there is a mini game at the end of the volume. I love Satsuki! :O

:boggled:

That arc first appeared in June of 2008... I don't know where you are sourcing your manga from but you be behind by a lot.
^ Is wiki accurate enough (I know its a long shot thou)? According to Wiki the Turn Back the Pendulum arc was featured on vol.36. Maybe the one you're mentioning is the Shonen Jump version. If thats the case, you either read manga sites or maybe you read directly from the Shūkan Shōnen Janpu (JDM-version). :scared:

If you are talking about the Manga volumes, I have, somewhere on an external, the entirety of the manga series. Translated.
^ I only read manga online (hence my [ONL] symbol), only when that particular manga is unattainable here in the USDM market like Wangan Midnight & Golden Boy. I am still on pursuit of looking and reading Over Rev & Hanaukyo Maid Team (after Vol.3). I only buy USDM books if they are worth collecting or have a very good storyline based on their anime counterparts like:

- Midori Days
- Ichigo/Strawberry 100%
- Full Metal Panic!? Overload!

:)

-> Some are really to very good, even before the anime version or never release an anime version.

- Neon Genesis Evangelion: Angelic Days [MGA only]+
- Negima! [read MGA 1st]+
- A.I. Love You [MGA only]=
- Yotsuba&! [MGA only]+
- Pastel [MGA only]+
- Boys Be... [read MGA 1st]+
- Suzuka [read MGA 1st]+
- Girls Bravo [read MGA 1st]+
- DearS [read MGA 1st]=
- Gacha Gacha: Capsule [MGA only]=
- Gacha Gacha: Secret [MGA only]+
- Azumanga Daioh! [read MGA 1st]=

= Complete :)👍
+ Still Collecting :indiff:

^ Other high-volume mangas like Dragon Ball-series, Inu Yasha, Bleach, Ah! My Goddess!, Ranma 1/2, & Ruruoni Kenshin/Samurai X, I usually skip those because they are way beyond my budget. :(

Oh my god that was awesome! Yay! I saw someone who looked just like me! Whee! Vrrrrrmmmmsplat! Wahahahaha!

You need to stop trying so hard to look like a Sociopath.

He should of never watched that first anime with that theme then.

We need Stig to go to a intervention! Alright, everyone tell Stig your feelings about his obsession about that kind of anime.
-> Stig, you should watch Blue Gender & Serial Experiments Lain. To complete your circle towards Sociopathism. :nervous:

~> I tried... :dunce:

^ Good work dude! Did you copy from the original? Because that is the best way to learn! :)

~> Mine on the other hand, is completely original. :indiff:

Looking at my dA account you wouldn't think I was as much of an anime fan as I am, due to all the photos of my models and pictures of my 3d projects lol...
Anyway nice work you got there :)

LMFAO !! Man. When I saw this for the first time, I thought she was in the next lane and get missed like every other anime. Then when she got owned, I was like,"oooOOOHH DAYUM, JACKED UP!!"

I've developed Macross-fever. I tried watching the x264-codec ones but they were always out of sync, so I dld'd xvid ones and hope that they'll play better..

I buy if I like the series, thus why I am slowly collecting Death Note at this point, despite having finished the entire series back in 2006. Online is where I find most of my stuff, because I am rather impatient and my contacts in the anime community keep me updated on what is happening. Of course, I do pick up US market volumes... unless TokyoPop is handling them. I will not buy or read or watch anything TokyoPop has had their hand in due to their terrible treatment of Initial D in both manga and anime form.

On Ichigo 100%, you'll be waiting a while, as there are 19 volumes if I remember correctly. Worth all the reading, of course. And Bleach is at chapter 344, not counting the Turn Back the Pendulum arc, which have negative chapter numbers.

But yeah, I normally end up starting series before anything for them has been officially translated, and sometimes finish before they've come to US shores at all.

I've developed Macross-fever. I tried watching the x264-codec ones but they were always out of sync, so I dld'd xvid ones and hope that they'll play better..

What media player are you using to play the x264 stuff? I run either VLC or The KMPlayer for everything, and never have any issues at all.

massive 2.08Ghz and good ole X850.. and X850 is the only upgrade it has. oh, and mere 512 RAM..

The ram is what is killing you. I assume you are running Win XP, which will use, even under light use, a couple hundred megs to itself. Then try to toss in 300 megs or so HD file, plus processing and such. I think when I jumped up to run HD, I just ran a single core AMD at like, 1.6 GHz and had a gig of ram, and some older nVidia GFX card. Things ran fine. Just source half a gig of ram and install it, should fix a lot of things.

I tried getting more ram but my comp didn't recognize it at all. it'll be easier to get a new computer.

-> Great artwork! :dopey:

^ Yo, add me as your buddy in DA, mine is www.thevanishingboy.deviantart.com. I got some of my works most of them are original. :)

^ I've watch most of my Macross F through torrent courtesy from my best friend and we watched it on my PS3. ;)

^ Ah! I see. ;)

-> I believe not all TokyoPop are the hideous examples of distributing Manga. Sure they really did screw up Initial D anime by the landslide and altering the title of Karin manga into Chibi Vampire. But I own some of the notable manga series in my collection namely DearS and A.I. Love You. I think Del Ray, Kadokawa and ADV are by far the best so far.

On Ichigo 100%, you'll be waiting a while, as there are 19 volumes if I remember correctly. Worth all the reading, of course.
^ Well it is worth it so I don't mind. I'd like to collect Pastel too, the story is milder than Ichigo 100%, but the story is sweeter. :)

And Bleach is at chapter 344, not counting the Turn Back the Pendulum arc, which have negative chapter numbers.
^ Since I don't read the manga version I don't mind. ;)

But yeah, I normally end up starting series before anything for them has been officially translated, and sometimes finish before they've come to US shores at all.

-> But good thing I've found Golden Boy, I'll be happy for a while. :sly:

If you look at the car specs of the Initial D manga. It seems like they just copy and paste certain things to past the time making it.

Yeah, and they don't really make sense either, half the time. Like most of the cars looks pretty stock.

I must be the only car nut/anime fan who has yet to watch ID...
And I got a couple modded car ideas that will put hair on anyone's chest....

O'rly?

Takumi wins because of the Eurobeat. I know I drive faster when I blast Streets of Fire :sly:

Just don't..especially the English Dub.

Actually, the English dub is very very entertaining... as long as you are not sober.

Ya rly
Though, both would be... expensive and rather difficult to do...
The first one is a 1000 hp twin turbo 1970 Dodge Challenger T/A running a 6L Mopar W8 LeMans motor from the Chrysler LMP program. The car (which I am modeling in 3d) would have a mostly carbon fiber body, double wishbone suspension front and rear, and various other mods. It would look quite a bit like the Trans Am race version, but all black and even more evil...
The 2nd car is a Mercedes-Benz 190E Evo II with a 5.7L, de-restricted V8 from the CLR program with 700 hp. It has a full flat underbody, rear diffuser, modified rear wing, a front splitter, and front diveplanes. It also has larger 18" wheels and wider rubber. Both the 190E and Challenger would have carbon brakes and 6 speed sequential manual transmissions. Pics of the 3d model of my Benz lurk on my dA, while pics of a 1/18 Challenger that my 3d one is based on also are on my dA.

And as far as watching the dub or the sub... I think I will go with the sub from what all I have heard about the dub :sly:

I generally don't have a problem with dubs, though many of the early ones are rather... poor to say the least. Modern dubs seem to be pretty good IMO, while I think some shows have had great dubs (Ghost in the Shell: SAC for example). Now, I also don't mind subs either. It really doesn't make all that big of a difference to me normally. Though, with dubs I am able to multitask more efficiently :sly:
