Shame it probably won't happen, show completely bombed in Japan, volume 1 completely failed to rank in either format, and (I haven't looked yet) it probably didn't increase manga sales much, so another failed 6 hour commercial for a manga.

Whoa, i really hope this isn't a limited edition one. I mean buy certain item to get it like WRS and IBRS Figma.

Went to Comic Fiesta (country's own anime convention) yesterday. Had to line up for 3 hours straight even though i arrived hours earlier than i should be. Anyhow, i'm glad i get to see one of the supercell member, which is redjuice himself.

Didn't manage to get his artbook. It was sold out 15 minutes when the enterance are open. OTL
 
I really doubt it's a limited edition. It's likely a standard run so save up.

Also, redjuice has made himself a big name over the past year just off Guilty Crown. Outstanding art, though it's become a tad overrated at this point.
 
I'm planning to grab it since i missed the figma one.

Just the anime that's overrated. Him? Nah, i don't think so, at least for me anyway because his art are pretty different from others. That's the other main reason on why i attract to his work. Not just on GC.
 
I don't know if you've seen a lot of his work, but his currently established style has just about hit the plateau imo.
 
I'm considering flying out for the two Madoka movies, but the flights are 90-150 bucks one way. These are in-state flights too 👎

I almost went to the showing close to me. I couldn't afford to go, though.

I just wish the flights weren't so freakin' expensive. The cheapest way to go would end up me taking 3 days vacation.

I also want to go to a Con sometime next year. :)
 
If you guys in NA are gonna fly anywhere, you should come out to Anime Expo. Biggest and (arguably) best anime con on the continent.

I'll be staff there this year for what it's worth. There should be a pretty good guest list and good exhibitors, which will be announced down the line. (Don't look at the site and think what's up now is what there's going to be, the big guests are always announced much closer to the con.) I know of a few cool things already but I'm NDA'd so I can't say anything beyond that.

Oh yeah, in other news my GF finally gave into the Eva fans and bought a wig and uniform for Rei, which she should be wearing before too long. I'm not really a huge Rei fan myself but she makes a pretty good one. We're going to Taiyou Con in AZ in a little over a week since she's a guest there, not sure if she's doing Rei but I know she's bringing maid Kuroneko.
