I don't think it's anxiety. It's more hesitation than anything. I dunno why I hesitate either - I've been knocking this feeling around for a while, figuring out why I hesitate. I've brought it up now because I skip out good shows for Let's Play videos :/

@Downhill Dino got it. The feeling of starting a 26 episode thing with 25 minutes per episode is somewhat unappealing, to me. That's a lotta hours I could be spending doing other things. Sometimes, I just need that little motivation from curiosity to get me started. Maybe I don't like watching anime all that much. D:
 
I get a feeling of lethargy when I try to motivate myself to watch a new show. Mainly because I don't know whether it'll be worth the time it takes away from other stuff.

After I start watching it that feeling normally subsides though.

You haven't rewatched FLCL = you suck. Get to it. One watch isn't enough, that's for sure. Hell, at three you're barely hitting it.

Don't underestimate the 6-episode count. Cano also claims you have to watch it like 6 times before you really understand it. That's 36 episodes of FLCL:

Yeah, you two get it. There can't be enough episodes of FLCL as long as they're the original 6. It's just downright perfect at 6.

:lol: Calm down, I have schedule. As in, finishing up some other shows. I take only two at a time in most cases. I can squeeze in FLCL, as I said, it'll be done by the end of tomorrow. :p

If it's deep, maybe 10-20 rewatches if you're that much of a nut. Not 100. You'd go insane unless you shut your brain off.
