Last few days, I've been watching eps of Akagi and Tomorrow's Joe.

Beginning Verse and the gunshots at the end are the only funny parts.

End of Kanon's episode 21 left me in shock....

After a little break from anime, I've started on Vandread. It's nice to hear Mary Elisabeth McGlynn's voice. :P

Best line so far:

"Not only are women scary, they don't make any sense, either."

Man, u sexist. [/kidding]

Episode 2 of Bakuman:
"Men have dreams that women could never understand."

Anyone know what the super-natural horror show is that comes on ani-mondays right before gurren? Thanks.

If it includes a Mr. Tenma searching for Johann. That is Monster. If not, its descendents of darkness.

Sci-fi HAD ani-mondays where they'd so a couple anime shows. They showed Gundam and Monster for a while.

Cartoon Network's Adult Swim has Anime Saturdays and show anime from midnight until 6am. They show new episodes of Bleach, Kikashi and Full Metal Alchamist: Brotherhood as well as re-runs of Big O, Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell.

I watch my anime on Netflix usually, though.

Animefreak.tv for me. why use Ps3 HDD life when you can use an old computer? I lied I'm watching all my animes on my Macbook... an even bigger waste of HDD life lol

Just finished Kanon, it was very sweet. Not sure where the miracle sprung from, i thought Ayu did something, apparently she didn't and that tiny little Ayu we this whole time an illusion... Way to pull another one, KEY Labels...i feel bad for Ayu, being stuck in a coma for 7 years

I watch where ever I can. Adult swim is anti-anime and Ive seen all of the cn stuff. I really dont watch much anymore, i mostly just read Naruto, bleach and h.s.o.t.d.

Look back to when I first started this thread... Adult swim was new and I had tons of fun posting weekly viewing updates.

Has nobody seen any of the Naku Koro ni seasons, I've just started the first one yesterday, and nothing has caught my attention this early on in a show since death note. It's set in arcs, with each arc being between 2 and 6 episodes in length, and there are 6 arcs altogether. At first I was quite confused as once the first arc finished everything was 'normal' again, and I was like WTF has just happened here, but a quick google search and wiki sorted my problem out. Also, I must say there are some genuine 'scary' moments which actually freaked me out, especially when watching at 1am. Yes, i'm such a child I know.

Edit; added you on mal AOS.

Someone did a funny video with part of a scene from the anime series Fairy Tail and dubbed in the theme song from a movie based off of a video game. No, it's not what you're thinking. ;)

"This is not Madness, THIS IS..."

Coming soon to AMV Hell if it's not in it already? :D

i was about to watch that when I was looking for more action shows, but guns aren't cool, unless it's devil may cry. :sly:

Strauuburhi Sundae-uh

ugh, English dub ALWAYS sucks, but looks like some fantastic anime there, hopefully the DVD will come with the subs, too. Heard about this recently, looks like one to watch.

Started Tweeny Witches a while back, looked okay at first but story wasn't really engaging me and animation was a clunky patching together of cell and CG, so I stopped watching after 5-6 eps.

Then I moved on to Zegapain. Felt derivative, but was well put together for most of the series. Conclusion pretty flat, but overall 7-8/10.

Just finished Ayakashi, Classic Japanese Horror stories. Not really horrifying, but well done throughout. 3 short story arcs, the last of which spawned a series of its own, Mononoke, which I'm off to watch next.

And how about that last Bleach? Was somewhat let down with the conclusion after all the buildup. Figured an all out battle between Ichigo and Aizen would be worth 3-4 episodes (the way Bleach is paced anyway) and the result would be Ichigo victorious without any help from Urahara.

Finished Capeta the other day. Pretty good show overall.

After that I watched a 3 episode OVA called Buttobi CPU. Not exactly sure what I watched but it was pretty funny. Finally getting around to watching Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan. Almost done with it.

Watching capeta now myself, pretty shounen, and obviously manga-to-anime, but compelling enough to keep me watching straight through. Kind of annoying how much Monami is just a sex object, esp as this is so shounen, but really can't say I object too much to jiggly boobs...
