I have no idea where this gif comes from, but I find it funny for some reason.

It has the same relentlessness as FLCL. Maybe not the surrealism, almost certainly not the emotional depth, but it's still a weird film that never takes a break.

I thought it was a movie adaption, although I doubt either will/would work because of sheer length (even ignoring filler)

Why would you buy that? That is most definitely a bootleg, it's extremely obvious. Hope you enjoy your terrible video quality.

Should have bought like this instead (If you ever see this in thinpak form in clear cases, it's a bootleg. Legit thinpak used black cases.).

And oh wow, now NGE has entered scalper pricing even on eBay. Only took a year after the Platinum Thinpak sold out at Rightstuf.

Shame no one is allowed to rescue it until 4.0 comes out. This series and many of the freaking restrictions its gone through. Like Eva 3.33 from FUNi is now delayed by 13 months (Was supposed to come out this February, FUNi's March solicitations came out, no 3.33), supposedly because Khara was very displeased with the dub, and they have to do it all over.

Yeah, I realized that I was being a huge 🤬 idiot yesterday :O:dunce: when I actually thought about the bootleg movies that I've seen. I guess keeping my money out of amazon credit WAS a good way to prevent impulse buying and bad decisions :lol:

Edit: RWBY Volume 2 ain't the newest thing out, but I finished it recently.

No comment on the volume, but I did happen to be fond of the chorus line in the OP.



I had a listen to the full version, and while most would just write off the full version of anything being better than a summarized version used in theme song edits, I like the latter much more. The stuff that gets edited out don't feel as well thought out in terms of composing the instrument tabs IMHO. You all know how all songs have that slow section to break from the tension between the 2nd and 3rd (last chorus).... this one kind of just jumped straight to it in an abrupt transition and that just made it felt really out of place, borderline forced.

That's my impression of it anyway. Everything else was catchy, though keep in mind I'm a casual Rock listener.

^ Well, Golden Time has been sitting on my quere list on CR. Maybe after finishing Squid Girl, Date A Live 2, Chaos; Head & Eureka Seven...oh wait, where can I find that (Cita di) Aria that -AOS was mentioning?

You're discussing it in the public forums, so strictly speaking you're breaking the rules. Usually the mods don't throw up too big a fuss over stuff like that, but occasionally they do (mainly in threads dedicated to longer motor races), and I don't want anyone getting in trouble here. That always ruins the fun.

Anyway, I watched Little Witch Academia on Crunchyroll. It was fun, but nothing special. Too short to come to anything more. I also started watching Kids On The Slope, it's not brilliant, but I've enjoyed it so far. (Then again, I'm a bit of a sucker for Jazz.)
