I've managed to get you to swap avatars with each new one I upload.

I'm Amazin', so amazin', so amazin', so amazin'

LOL! I need to get a premium membership so I can have a bigger avatar!

Also I picked these up yesterday:

The first two Evangelion Rebuild movies. I've already seen them multiple times and even have 1.0 on DVD but now they are both mine on BLUUUUUUU-RAYYYYYYY and I couldn't be happier! So giddy!

 Before, I was never attracted to watch Naruto but now, I am finishing up Shippuden...Sakura is growing on me. As long they do exist, they exist in Anime.
Premo is only 12 dollars for an entire year, I paid 20 dollars before for a year.

I paid $25 for life time... Did you know I stopped coming here when my ps2 died back around Some time in '07-'08 and came back around late 2010? My initial intention of coming back was because I saw all the pretty GT5 photos (and as a result to grab GT5 and make moolah off of that).... then I saw this thread since a buddy got me into anime again.... Really I got Prem to change my name, the avatar size was a bonus. It was only possible when I started earning internet money.

25 for an life time premo? Since when?!?!? I left GTP for a bit because GT3/4 died too fast and I wasn't too interested in it. Also, Anime thread wasn't even used alot at times. But I went to SRk, Deviantart,Dustloop,TekkenZaibatsu, and even Gaia.

I'm amazed how I was even able to make over 1000 posts at SRK. Guys there are generally rude.

Anime is huge on dA as most of the people there are now kids with computers and scanners...but I hate the forums its powered by, it's not even a proper discussion board; I can't search, I can't view last post, there's no page number you can jump to, etc.

I'm going to let you guys decide what I will watch next. I need another short series to follow High School of the Dead and Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin.

The choices are:
Infinite Stratos
Angel Beats!
Ga-Rei: Zero
Seitokai Yakuindomo
Otome Youkai Zakuro

I will also take into consideration other series that are 12 or 13 episodes and are similar to the following:
Elfen Lied
Bakemonogatari
Black Lagoon
Fate/stay night
Full Metal Panic!

As far as 12-13 episode series go:

Ayakashi then Mononoke (Mononoke's better and can stand alone, but Ayakashi preceeds it if you want to watch in canonical order)
The Gokusen
Hellsing
CANAAN

that's all I got, don't know any of the ones you offered... thought I'm liking Bakemonogatari so Katanagatari will probably also be good.

Katanagatari isn't as short as you might think, as the episodes are 45 minutes long, so in theory it's like a 24 episode series, not 12. Must people love Elfen Lied, I hated it and didn't even finish it, odds on you'll like it though, as most do. Angel Beats is really average, no idea why it has all the hype. I've also heard that Otome Youkai Zakuro is shockingly bad, and i've never even heard of Seitokai Yakuindomo. Ga-Rei Zero is apparently very good though, I was told from quite a reliable guy. Black Lagoon is a fun show, i'd recommend it for sure, along with Bakemonogatari which is also very good but for different reasons. As for the rest of the stuff you posted, i've never seen them, but I do plan to watch Full Metal Panic.

Maybe try Higashi no Eden if you haven't already seen it.

Edit; I see you've already seen whats on the second list you posted, im so dense. But yeah, just look what I said about the others :p

Thanks Hatcha, I didn't even think to look at the running time. It looks like Katanagatari is out for now at least. Ga-Rei: Zero looks to be the front runner. I will watch just about anything if I find the art style to be interesting. Here's a list of what I've seen to give you guys an idea. My List

I would also like to keep it to series or OVAs (6 episode max) that are done airing. I prefer to watch a few at a time, so waiting for a new episode disrupts my flow. I have Index/Railgun, Clannad/After Story, and a few old Gundams for when I move back to long series, plus K-On! and Corpse Princess and a few other multiple season short series.

Save Katanagatari for a time when you have time. It is, to me, worth it. Yes, me like the avatars and I will eat them up. :D :dopey: --- Randy

I looked up Yosuga no Sora. That is wayyyyy out of my comfort zone. I'm almost afraid to ask if you pointed it out from personal experience lol.

Hey, that's a personal favorite! I watch that every day! To and from school! It's really popular with the teachers now!

I was surprised to know that show didn't air too long ago. the way the artist draw the eyes look similar to that in CANAAN.

I heard mixed opinions on it... let me know how it goes :tup:I made prejudgment that school days was the most cliche of all slice of life-school shows based on the poster.... Feel free to disagree.

Is it exceptional or unique in its own way?

That's what I was getting at...

Index is good because it's got a "Science vs. Magic" factor overcasting the show, and CLANNAD is good because the character development is great, the humour is great and there is a struggle that everyone overcomes by helping each other, and Lucky Star is good because the characters are even more relatable to real-life students. The humourous video game and other anime references are a big bonus.

Pretty much this, or so i've heard. A very, very, poor harem.
