So I'm rereading Mirai Nikki. I've just now noticed that Yuno is gradually becoming extremely unhinged as the story goes on. Almost disgusts me how extreme she is for a 14 year old.

ooh Maybe I should read Mirai Nikki now.

Kuzu no Honkai is reaching a breaking point with ep 9.

Oddly but awesomely, "In this corner of the world" (Kono Sekai no Katasumi ni) has been massively scheduled all over Mexico, so we went watch it today.

Fantastic movie, touching and even tender at times, but of course sad and devastating like you would expect from a WWII picture. It gives you a normal-person perspective of the war and how it affected the everyday-people of Japan. Unique graphic style, superb music when there is music, and a bit of hope at the end.

Recommended fully. Go watch it if you can, I read there are gonna be screenings all around the globe. Bring some kleenex.

Especially after the disastrous catastrophe that was the original series' sequel, no less.

So is this like an Evangelion affair and will remake old scenes with modern equipment? Or is a legit new story...?

Didn't expect this

Sounds like there's a prequel in there somewhere. But will the rest consist of an adaptation that'll "follow" the cast and events of the main series, or new content that'll "follow" on from that? Reading about 'new scenes' and 'revised footage' makes me lean towards the former, though that could also cover the flashback events concerning The First Summer of Love.

If any of this turns out to be original sequel material then I can't see it becoming as reviled as AO.

Cargirls... 'Nuff said. (It may not be an anime, but it relates to cars and
moe anthropomorphism.)

(Sadly, the online services of the mobile game ended since the end of January. The very last update was in January 19th... The game was only three years-old, and contained 220+ Syanago [Cargirls], last shown in the official wiki.):(

It's a shame because I wanted more automakers to take part of the game, like Renault (Nissan's savior) or GM (The Corvette being a world-car, and all...). Even Fiat-Chrysler and Tesla took part in this game. Also, each Syanago (cargirl) have a special variant, if you level them up or tune them. The developers didn't bother to illustrate the GT-R NISMO! *TRIGGERED*

(More images & examples soon)

While trying to remember the name of this game, I also discovered it was no longer offered and was binned a year after it launched in 2015. Lame :(
It baffles me that a series like Kantai Collection, which started as a PC game, gets a show/manga. While, other games with the same formula (other than, Kemono Friends) get to suffer... So unfair.
