That's exactly why you get one with a Kirino Nendo, neither one will feel left out. ;)

Actually before that, is the holographic "Legit verification" sticker on the box consist of a red "H-Japan"?

My first figurine is the Kagamiku figma.

I don't see a holographic sticker on Madoka, but it's from Hobby Search so it's most certainly not fake.

Not all Nendoroids have the holographic sticker above their number. Mine has a Aniplex sticker right over the number.
