Ah, very good. I have a T2i, which is essentially the same without the pop-up LCD screen. The kit lens with which these come is stabilized and very good and their high-ISO capabilities are astounding, you'll love it.

I want that after I get a VN02, but I'm already down a hundred dollars thanks to BRS, so I still need to make that amount and 160$ for the miku... So that and the fact its a plain base is what I'm using to keep myself from buying the Saber Lily. I still love it from head to toe though...so if my other client manages to get more business, and I actually manage to make enough for one, I'll definitely buy it...

Those said 2 are currently on my wishlist, Miku being higher priority. Now if GSC makes more BRS figurines, those are getting higher priority than the other 2, no questions asked.
 
I had a Canon Rebel XT. I plan on getting another Canon DSLR. My niece has a T1i so I just use that. Otherwise I have my Canon 780is.

I really want that Kirino Nendoroid. But I'm gonna wait and see if I can buy it at a local store first.

AOS, I should get you a pic of the store when I go. They have a bunch of figures, and last time I went I remember BRS figures, and some in the window display.

but no I've got all the BRS stuff I ever wanted.. it's now just VN02 and Saber Lily.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Ohana's mom is hot....Misato's got nothing on her.

Yes same seiyuus.. I just use characters because they're easier to recognize....


Regarding your taunt, come at me, bro. Unless you can find a VN02 for 120 at your store, you ain't swaying my emotions. :p

While the Mazinger series is cool, awesome and fun, it certainly doesn't take itself completely seriously, as can be seen from some of the situations they get themselves in, and some of the characters themselves.

Like the Gundam series, Mazinger has been around for a very long time, and has proven itself as both influential and popular.

^ I used to watch many old Anime Mecha Gattai series, namely:

- Voltes V (five)
- Daimos
- Raijin-Oh
- Voltron* (US Version, GoLion)

^ In in the Philippines, Voltes V gained a very strong cult following. Even rivaling DBZ, Sailor Moon, PokeMon, Gundam, & Ghost Fighter (aka. Yu Yu Hakusho)! Unfortunately, the Mazinger series never had a very strong foot-hold in the country.

Like Gundam, Mazinger Z has had its share of spinoffs and new series, though not quite as many as Gundam :crazy:. Mazinger's most recent iteration is called "Shin Mazinger! Z-Hen: On Television" ("New Mazinger Impact! Z Chapter: On Television"), aired in 2009 and was directed by Imagawa, who also directed the fantastic G Gundam and Giant Robo shows.

I'm actually getting second thoughts now. The original packaging had red stuff, and I coulda sworn the one I saw in the store has blue ones instead.

I forgot to mention that I checked the store again for the ALTER figurine I saw a few days ago.

I must have been color blind, it has the exact packaging like the original one. But it has no holographic sticker and even worse - there's an error in the painting of the figure. The blue paint used for the hair bled out and even reached the cheek. :crazy:

So much for $26 then. I'll go somewhere else and find a better deal in a smaller scale. I'll be following slydub and buy Nendoroids if my parents can stand online shopping.

Honestly, I wasn't an anime fan but then, I've started seeing Naruto and now I'm one of the biggest fans of animes.
Currently I'm seeing: Naruto Shippuuden, Initial D, GTO and Capeta (just a bit....)
