Guess that Anime!

Oh... hey Sephy o/

No idea what that anime is btw

You're a bit late for his welcome, mate. Can't remember when it was, but it was at least a few days back from now he started posting in here :sly:

Indeed. It was two or three day ago, can't remember exactly. No problem though, it's nice to be welcome :)

Right. Gundam AGE Episode 2:

So, before anything else, with this episode we get our first glimpse to what very well may be the Advanced Generation's interpretation of a Newtype courtesy of a little girl named Yurin. She was able to guide Flit and the AGE-1 out of the colony safely by "feeling" her way through the circumstances they were in once they collapsed to the lower colony depths. She even knew exactly when the rubble that was blocking the path was going to open itself up, she even counted down to the precise second. Newtypes and Innovators may have divine EP, extraordinarily so when you consider the likes of Amuro, Setsuna, or even Char...but none of them, none of them can tell you exactly when and where something is going to happen. The worst part of this episode is it ends right when things are heating up. Goddamn cliffhangers. Of course, on the topic of Yurin, she might not be a Newtype (what AGE will identify them as, if anything, has yet to be unveiled) at all, she could be UE -- for all I (we) know Sunrise may have adapted more from their first exploration with humanoid/extraterrestrial entities in Trailblazer than we know of. The UE may have the ability to shapeshift. Unlikely, I know, but at this point any theory is fair game until proven wrong.

Anyway, backtracking just a tad...it's a welcomed addition knowing the story isn't going around in redundant circles concerning Flit and Emily, there's quite clearly a connection between the two of them. I want to see where they go from hereon out. In closing there's the AGE Builder; never before in Gundam series has there been a device that, upon recollection of combat data, could then build itself weaponry at high speed. This is where the DOTS Rifle comes in, a rifle that can increase power and penetration of the beam energy by effectively spiraling the energy into, well, a screwdriver. This is extremely similar to the F90's G-BRD, and the even better (and more powerful) VSBR the F91 uses, the difference being is that both the G-BRD and VSBR could only do one at a time, not both at the same time as such would have likely overloaded the generator and killed...well, everyone.

It's only the second episode and this already has me hooked. Hell, I was hooked 7 minutes in to the first episode. I want to see what the AGE system can do. I want to see what kind of personality the onboard A.I. has. Any and every niggle I've had with AGE post-debut are now right out of the 354th window. Now I just have to wait until Sunday for the third episode.

Dammit.

Mein Gott...
"Pfft...at least you didn't do what Shinji did when he saw Soryu's boobs..."
"Yeah...so, can you tell me how to clone you already?"
"Only if Sephy falls to his knees and starts bowing when my clone arrives. And if she's under 18, NO BUSINESS TIME."

Slip her the tongue, Kaji!
it's nice to be welcome :)
It's equally nice to enjoy the awesomeness that is Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Finished Excel Saga episodes 13 and 14 last night. I loved how there was a Power Puff Girls reference.

Excel Saga continues to be better as the crackfest continues. Excel's seiyu really helps out make it so crazy.

I'll try doing the guess that anime thing later by posting screens myself, one with subtitles to make it easier and to add in more humor.

3000 posts kind of tell me a different story :sly:

Anyway, I've been watching Angel Beats and Steinz;Gate you guys recommended. Angel Beats is dumb but I like it for some reason

Steinz;Gate is quite awesome so far, even if it doesn't know if it's a comedy or a drama. Is it one season only? I'm already at episode 18 and I'm afraid I'll miss it once its over :(

👍 Angel Beats! is a great one for Comedy/Drama/Action. Steins;Gate is one season(with an upcoming movie) and some drama CDs you can watch. I saw one of 'em, it was awesome and totally messed up. I miss Steins;Gate all the time, so I listen to the soundtrack and trade mad scientist jokes with AOStina. Glad you love it :D unlike somebody...

Im such a mad scientist ..
