I've already got a backlog and adding 140+ episodes to that list won't help.
The only reason I don't watch Fairy Tail. That and I'm already juggling JoJo, drrrx2, Aldnoah and Psycho-Pass this month. No idea when I'll have enough time for a 200+ episode yarn.
I've heard this all too well in another forum. I may consider it.Speaking of shounen, I finished Hunter x Hunter a few days ago. Absolutely amazing series. There's no fillers at all.
Shounen worth watching? Gintama. I'm in the middle of second season still.

It'll be very worth your time. So much stuff happening in 140 episodes.
I have no idea what you are talking about but if you let me know I can respond accordingly.I know something else that gets ruined when there are 12 year olds around.
No, neither are it, and I remember that the vehicles have six magnets of some kind that used to drive and that there is a co-pilot helping the main driver.Eureka seven? Ex-driver?
Stared watching Shingeki-no-Kyojin. Just finished the first episode and i'm kinda speechless right now. No Spoilers But Dear lord with thoseEp 2 nextBig freak looking titans things![]()

The manga and light novels cover a lot more material and have so far progressed more into the story than the anime does. I think it's up to you, but I personally haven't read either of those. One question however, is it really worth more to read the mangas and light novels than to watch the animes?
I'm tempted to watch Gintama just for the episode where F1 is mentioned.

Been tempted too. Just can't quite get myself to sit in for the long haul of 150+ episodes.
Depends on the series also. The anime is sometimes really different from the manga and light novels. One question however, is it really worth more to read the mangas and light novels than to watch the animes?
A lot of VN-based anime I've sen tend to cut out content because it was either pointless or too much to keep. Clannad (most likely) skipped out content when doing the routes of Fuko and Kotomi. Kyou and Tomoyo had a single OVA devoted to their arc only. Ryou got nothing. Who needs Ryou anyway.
Grisaia, I don't even need to go into the atrocious adaptation of Grisaia. If you can tell me you can condense over 80 hours of the VN into thirteen 22-minute episodes without pulling something out of your rear, I'd be impressed.
Yeah but it's all slapstick comedy, so a good time to play it is if you're multitasking in front of a computer, or when you don't need to devote all your attention to the screen. Been doing that for a whole season. Didn't feel like a chore.
It's more funnier than Nichijou too.
I would watch the anime adaptations for the bouncing bosoms or other things I have trouble putting into motion. Mostly the bouncing bosoms, though.![]()
Though to explain everything from FSN; you may need movies, ovas like uftoable is doing.
