Would the Veyron be the Paris Hilton of this anime universe, except far more well-endowed?

AX was $60 for a one day pass I think.

Then $15 parking in downtown LA, then expensive food, then if you want to buy anything from vendors, you are looking at an expensive day haha.

Got damn all that sounds expensive as all the hell. Pass.

You guys should come down to Winnipeg this weekend for Ai-Kon. $50.00 gets you in for the weekend. But then, you would have to fly out here, TRY and find a hotel, food... You know what, never mind.

Before I went to sleep I dragged out this stupid concept of mine a little bit more. For some reason I can't get it off my mind. Anybody got experience in animation? :p

>what if different clothes represented different trim levels or editions
>'cause goddammit if it's "japanese" there has to be some way to shove school uniforms into it
>actually, racing trim would be like gym clothes complete with cash-cow bloomers
>tires=shoes because you can only use racing tires (cleats) on the track/field
>all cars have their own family, i.e. Silvia has its own family and the Fairlady Z's are their cousins. But the newer generations/ body iterations are younger sisters of the older one.

what the hell am I doing with my life

I'd watch that.

in my waifu bin, that's for sure. The other MX-5s are better. Especially ND with her cute derriere.

Is putting things on the waifu bin a thing now here?

Perhaps each year we could compile up a list of the trashiest waifus and 'update' the bin costume accordingly.

I think that would work out pretty well.

I'd watch that.
Let's make a Kickstarter.

Start going to your local convention with that stuff.

Is it wrong for me to find Chuunibyou fun after 2 episodes? :indiff:

Also, Tonari's ending tanked though it was a chilled show.

Not really, unless you despise that type of shows (and/or the type of girls that those shows have). I find Chunnibyou fun myself, from the combined five episodes (from both seasons) that I watched so far. Yes, it's not a S-grade show full of deep meaning and philosophical quotes (but it does have its own serious moments when it wants to, it's just not frequent), but the light-hearted character of it all is entertaining for me. I enjoy a show that can just relax and be simple yet entertaining, if I want deep meanings I'll look elsewhere. For me, it's that simple. Chunnibyou is a cheerful show about a cast of quirky characters, and it should be taken as such.

I think her face looks slightly off. And those nips are unnecessary too. But what the hell, she's half naked already so why not.

No.
Kyoani outdid themselves with that one.

Oh god what if everybody's hiccups (hiccoughs for those odd people out there) were replaced by poi

Got the ball rolling on Nodame Cantabile and NANA.

Nodame's rollin' smooth. NANA on the other hand is pissing me off. I think I should drop it before I get cancer. The main girl is one of the worse kind of people ever. I wish more IRL girls like her watched the show to learn not to be like her.

Chuunibyou's pretty good, as far as moe trash goes. I'd say it beats the pants off of Haruhi Suzumiya... Melancholy forme, at least.

Anyway, @Cano... I finished watching Twin Spica. A few days ago actually, but unforseen circumstances prevented me from being able to share my thoughts on it until now.

It's good, but it falls more than a little short of being Planetes good.

It got off to a strong start, but it became tedious towards the end when it remained stuck on certain character arcs rather than going anywhere with them. The show finally does wrap them up in the end, but because it took so long, it's at the expense of being able to wrap up the main story.

The story presented in Twin Spica would've been much better served as a 13-episode affair... there's just too much focus on character stories, and a lot of it is too slow and redundant. Or better yet, keep the 20 episode length but use it to provide a more fleshed out and well-rounded story... provide a more satisfactory conclusion, make it a bit farther into the manga's story instead of cutting it short, flesh out the whole astronaut school aspect a bit more instead of relegating it to background noise most of the time, etc.

It might seem like I'm being a bit harsh, but it's because it's always particularly disappointing when something clearly could've been great but instead is just merely good.

Rubbish bin: got. Definitely not every day I have to put a bin over my head to see if it's a suitable size. Was disappointed I didn't get asked why I was buying one though, I even thought of things to say. :/

On the way home, though, I think I turned more heads than someone driving a Ferrari.

The build of a trash can with anime girls literally plastered all over it will get more attention than any project car build I could ever make.

I'm lonely.

You have a panty in your head. Of course you are lonely.
Kek, Onizuka will always be lonely so yes.

Kuusen Madoshi is complete trash. I never thought I'd see so much CG and clearly recycled animation frames together in the span of two minutes. In 2015, no less. It's also got outright despicable characters, lackluster visuals, and a cliched story that's been milked far too much. Its characters also resemble those of Black Bullet in color scheme which only infuriates me more because I actually liked that pile of loli turd.
