Misato fits almost ANYTHING. You can either go with a funny car (fully modified SambaBus), a boss car (fully modified SambaBus) or something that you really feel for (Alfa Romeo Giulia TZ2, or, more accurately for me, Lexus LFA ^_^).

Also, as a quick question, I see in some of the OADA's that Asuka is wearing a different plugsuit to the one seen in the Episodes...is that one used specifically in, like, Rebuild or something?

The revealing plug suit is the test suit version. You'll see it eventually in the second Rebuild movie although she didn't wear it near long enough...
