I highly, highly recommend this, even if you have no intention of watching Rurouni Kenshin. This is way better than the TV series anyway.

The samurai stuff isn't what makes it so awesome though (It helped, but it's more of the tragedies.). Also, even though it doesn't have moe, it has Tomoe, oh and this.
