As far as body goes, Nanako's got a better butt and bewbs. But yeah, she's definitely older than Ohana's mom.

On a side note, I'd rather have Ohana than her mom. Just sayin'... :p

If you haven't seen Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood yet; watch that next.

I've seen the first 10 or so episodes of it. Very good, but I'm gonna watch something else. I'm probably gonna put Monster in that slot and resume where I left off with it.

Dem headphones

$40 - Panasonic "Retro" RP-HTX7 Headphones....
They look cool, but aren't that great. I was so tempted to buy those because everyone has one at school, but then I was like "Wait, people have terrible taste in headphones. Those gotta suck! AND everyone has one!" So then I bought them Sony XB700s instead... Kinda want a pair of AKGs several years from now.

Crazy. The way I watch anime is that I have two slots, which can be filled with anime. When I finish one, I remove it and fill that slot with another.

Thus I can only watch two anime at a time, but I can watch them at whatever pace I feel like. In this way, I get through them a lot faster. :)

And that's also part of why I don't really bother with anime that's still currently airing. I also prefer downloading to streaming... and if I'm gonna download, I'm gonna wait until I can download the entire series at once (or season at least).

Here's what's currently in the slots:
Slot 1 - Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (Yes, I'm gonna rewatch it)
Slot 2 - Noein

I've also got a slot for a non-anime cartoon show, and a slot for a live-action show.
Cartoon - South Park Season 1
Live-action - Top Gear US Season 1
Forgot to mention with stuff I watch on DVD (Currently the only thing is I'm watching Dragon Ball Z-with the Dragon Box Masters English dubbed.), the rate is completely random. Sometimes I'll go weeks without watching. I've managed 48 episodes of DBZ since I got the Dragon Boxes early August.

Also on downloading vs. streams, I prefer legal streams (The only streams I watch, I don't download.). Though I prefer BD and DVD heavily to streaming.

As for illegal streams, haven't watched anything in over a year and a half (I'll try not to go into my feelings on the issue. I'm too passionate and angry on the issue.). Last fansub I ever set eyes on was for Nagasarete Airontou on YouTube a year and a half ago (Which remains unlicensed. Time is running out as it's from 2007, shows from before 2005 aren't being picked up really anymore at this point.), and before that, like a year.

I may rethink things when it comes to series that remain unlicensed here (And probably won't ever be licensed.), are out of print (Both here and Japan.) and going for inflated prices (Such as When They Cry which is going for at least $100. Better to buy in-print stuff than spend hundreds on an out of print item that will support only the seller.), and won't get license-rescued probably, and weren't finished* here.

*By not finished here, here's an example. MAR (Marchen Awakens Romance), VIZ Media dubbed 52/102 episodes, and they also have the rights to only those episodes. They released 16 episodes on DVD and cancelled volume 5 "In favor of other series" (Hurray VIZ Media, you didn't complete another show on DVD...), streamed the show on Toonami Jetstream (Which shut down almost 3 years ago.), released the first 13 episodes on the PlayStation Store, legally streamed episodes 1-52 subbed, and all 52 dubbed episodes are on Netflix. Still, there is no legal way to watch the series currently past episode 52, and probably won't be if VIZ Media doesn't pick up more episodes in the next few years. Luckily, they at least released all of the manga here.
Probably going to my Dad's tomorrow or the weekend. Saving Persona 4 for then.

Going to watch Haganai and some Eden of the East tonight... Maybe Guilty Crown.
Let me know what you think of Eden of the East.:DOne of the best shows I've ever watched.
Episode 8 of Haganai was all Kobato and it made me so happy.
What do you love about her really, the fact she's an otaku (Who happen to be looked down upon in Japan.)?

Guilty Crown 7 had a Super Mario cameo, nice.:lol:Also...
That girl in the picture, she keeps making me think of Anemone from Eureka Seven.
Blood+ 27-28
I'm starting to side with the Shiff (Spelling?). Also Irene, don't die!!!!:(
Nabari no Ou 3-4
Nice, that guy in the hat was using the force basically, except instead of just choking the guy, you can like displace the bones in their arm, make them bleed internally, and more.

Oh, did I ever tell you guys about how I dropped my $200 IEMs in a glass of Coke and ruined them?

Everyone has a ipod..they must suck

ASUKA: BAKA SHINJI....I CAN'T CONTROL IT!

I don't have an iPod.:sly:

(No, I seriously don't have one. I don't really listen to music outside of stuff I'm exposed to in other forms of media like anime, movies, TV shows, video games, etc.)

Really? who knew
*writes on a wish list for Corvette* Ipod...then some more anime pillows

How about an actual Corvette?:sly:It is my favorite car after all (Hence my username, even though I used it first at another forum last September.).

If something's available in the US on DVD or Blu-ray, I'll buy it. But then I'll also download or rip it it, because I prefer my media to be on my hard drive so it's portable/stowable. Space on a ship isn't exactly plentiful so I really can't have dozens of DVDs, let alone boxsets. On a ship, downloading isn't an option, but when I was in Dahlgren I did it since it was a lot quicker and less frustrating than trying to rip hundreds of DVDs.

Just get more space.:sly:Put a ship in your ship so you can sail while you sail.:pSpeaking of the Xyzbit Yo Dawg meme...

Eden of the East is pretty good so far, interesting relationship building between the two main characters, GORGEOUS animation, well composed soundtrack. I didn't like the face(mainly the two main characters) designs at first, but they grew on me(fairly quickly, I'm only on episode 3 )

I love her because she's ADORABLE. Her cosplaying is cute, but I just can't resist that adorable little bro-con :3

Disagree about Eden of the East. Like Steins;Gate, it starts off with an interesting premise but fails to deliver.

At least it doesn't ruin the premise like S;G does though... :p

And yes, it certainly does have gorgeous art and animation.

If you're wondering about character designs, the person who did that apparently was Chica Umino (She created the hit Shojo manga Honey and Clover.). Yeah, at first you don't really like them much, then they grow on ya. I first saw those designs in Honey and Clover so I was already used to it.

BTW, which OP do you prefer, the Oasis one or the Japanese one? Apparently Oasis did an OP for the show.

I personally prefer the Japanese one.

Oh, well we'll see how I think about it then.

The Japanese one is similar to how I would have liked Guilty Crown's opening to be.

Especially with all the stuff that is going to happen later on, especially those last few episodes. Too bad the show was only 11 episodes, and there are two movies that finish the storyline. I still have yet to see those.:(

I watched them... they didn't do much for me. A shame too, considering that the show leaves off with such promise. :(

Looking forward to hear your thoughts. No need to be rude when I share my thoughts though. 👍
It's okay, I've come to accept the inferiority of your opinions <3

So was it the show that flopped for you or was it the movies?

Yeah, I heard the movies are kinda meh. We'll see about that when as soon as FUNimation uploads the first movie (Along with the FMA movie.), I'll activate my two week free trial for FUNimation's Elite Subscription to watch the stuff.👍

So was it the show that flopped for you or was it the movies?

Both.

The show just teases the viewer with a lot of tasty intrigue and ultimately never satisfies, but it leaves off with the impression that the movies that follow it will deliver.

And then... they don't. At all.

Btw, TC... I prefer the Oasis OP.

Gendodammit, uMadson?, Y U NO BE ONLINE WHEN I'M ONLINE? :grumpy:

I am home drinking my LCL. :p
:odd: How come Mari hasn't dragged you away yet?
Yo Mirai Nikki and Guilty Crown, I'm happy for you and imma let you finish, but Capeta has one of the hottest MILFs of all-time.
What about Yui Ikari? I think she's a milf...while she was in human form.
Well, that's Shinji screwed.

Now to get back into my bed.

On the Oasis OP, one thing that made some people mad is how FUNimation was unable to get the rights so they don't have that opening at all on the DVD and BD, just that Japanese one.

Anyway personally in my opinion, they didn't exactly tease the viewer. (Kinda big spoilers, recommended those who finished the show are the only ones to open this.)
Though tricked you in the early parts of episode 1 into thinking there will be a really big romantic interest. That never happens, not even at the end after the missile attack is thwarted.
The show didn't really fail to deliver to me. There were many cliffhangers, and this show just really brightened my Wednesdays. It's pretty hard for me to even describe why I loved the show so much.
