It does suck in production value. Will I say you shouldn't watch it because of that? Probably, it really does suck.

I'd like to say watch it anyway because you can watch with us, but I'ma still PM you a link to the manga(I'm not reading it btw, I just grabbed that image from MAL). The manga and anime are apparently mostly the same, so production value and no censorship are the reasons to read the manga instead.

SOOO wanting a GT-R with engine internals that have a high modulus and tensile strength outputting around 1500hp to beat all of the Twin turbo lambos, Ferraris, Ford GTs, and Supras on a roll out race @ tx2k12. Then after that run 255 - 260 mph @ the Texas Mile... Man can dream..

But integrated graphics are never a good idea for all-out gaming. Get yourself a dedicated card and be done with it. How I miss the days of the nForce4...
