If you're talking about what happens in the manga, then, I already know. :p

And that Wiki leaves out a lot of info on GN Science. Read this instead: Theoretical GN Physics

Good stuff. TD Blankets and all that good stuff. :D

What happens in the novel... Plus it pwns
Evangelion
on so many levels

Already read it a long time ago :yuck:. Those are theories(possible ways of execution), so i'll go with the link I posted, as it is a more generalized view on how it works from being observed from the series. That makes it more credible than the theories made up on the forum post :dopey:.

But still it shows how much the gundam series PWN for being on a more realistic level.

Squid Girl's not even THAT good tbh. I think I like Samurai Girls more than it.

Well I like Ikamusume, so tough 🤬.

You could give Kill Me Baby a try not as good as Nichijou but its ok just random humor mostly but i found it strangly addicting.

I gave it a try and felt the manga was better. I might be biased though since the director of Kill Me Baby was the director for Yumekui Merry and he royally 🤬 the manga adaption. He made Yumeji's power look like a Dues Ex Machina.

Boys Nichijou is probably better.

Nichijou is better. It's random but it does have some story in there at least (Nano).

While Lucky Star and K-ON were more cliche, the funny was better and the moe-cute value was stronger. The character designs in Ika Musume, beside Ika Musume, were hella bland and dull. That double-bump squarish cowlick the sisters sported bugged the hell out of me.

I just realized that One Piece had some outsourcing of sorts and some, if not all, of the animation are done here in the Philippines. Probably why it's famous here and I consider it mainstream.
Not to mention the fact the Philippines are close to Japan where it's extremely mainstream (It's even has influenced companies.).

Though over here in NA, it's not mainstream. It never was, and I wonder if it'll even be able to get on TV here again. It's been almost 4 years since Cartoon Network axed the show. Would it even be able to get good enough ratings to justify it? I mean Bleach gets like a 0.5 on average on [adult swim] every Saturday night, and it's more popular than One Piece here. It probably sells twice as much as One Piece, even though One Piece box sets are $35 MSRP for 26 episodes now, while Bleach gets $50 MSRP for 11-13 episodes.

The only other place I've heard besides Japan, and the Philippines where One Piece is mainstream/near being mainstream is in Germany.

Lucky Star is funny, but it's a bit hard to catch on the first time around since it relies on other anime references. When I first watched it I had no idea what Haruhi Suzumiya was. Only reason why I found it was because of the Initial D reference.

K-On heavily relied on it's moe/cuteness/yuri undertones, which I actually didn't watch it for, I watched for the music and the first season left me a little disappointed. Granted the second season is better in terms of music, it still relies heavily on the moe/cuteness/yuri undertones.

Ikamusume is funny because she is so naive and Sanae being completely infatuated with her.

It wasn't brought up, but I'd like to mention it anyway, Azumanga Daioh for me was hella bland. If it weren't for the long pauses I'd might have liked it enough to finish it, but it really got to me. But it was the dub I was watching.

Well yeah Nichijou is way better
the one thing i loved about kill me baby was the ED
these guy's know whats up

You mean the one with the southern accent for the main character? I have yet to watch the actual show however. Don't know when I'll pick it up from Rightstuf's bargain bin (The release currently in print unfortunately uses the ever so hated and despised stackpak.).

For comparison's sake.

Another 5-6
Well finally this show is picking up, and not boring me to death. It's now a 7/10 (Surprisingly, raising it from a 6/10 to a 7/10 didn't affect my mean score for "Watching".). Also, dat teacher with a big knife. We're going to see blood everywhere!

That's what you got from it? Evan...well, I guess it makes plenty of sense actually, given the circumstances.

In-depth discussion to ensue at some point, but even before any of that, the RX-0 has performance greater than the F91 while it's purging/discharging excess heat (of course that's not a measure of performance whatsoever, but you see my point). It's ability to interrupt and redirect telekinetic instructions. Ultimately, it comes down to the pilot; if it's someone with a vast God Complex like Ribbons, or someone with a superiority complex like Ali... then it can go either way.

Either way, I'm going to be a jackass and pull out the unfair card: Turn A (or X). Everyone loses. :p

Mirai Nikki Ep. 2:

Holy shi...🤬! Ninth...dat murderface. All of them. I like this psychopathic biotch. And how awesome was her escape? Eye poked out, and drove away on a motorcycle like a boss. She ever power-slid a little bit.

I'm loving the premise with the diaries more and more as well, as it pertains not only to the person but to their profession. Color me stunned. Honestly.

But what's the point of forming any kind of faction when the entire point of this is 'I kill you before you can kill me'?

On the Lucky star side thats the same thing that happend to me and as for
K-ON Thats kinda why i liked it ..

Alright School Rumble good show

Guess what we all have to watch this Spring? Medaka Box. Why must we watch this anime based off of a manga in Weekly Shonen Jump? Because Gainax is behind it. I looked more carefully through the Spring chart, and they list Gainax on there. So Shonen/WSJ haters are going to have to deal with it.:p

Mirai Nikki Ep. 2:

If you look at the ending
Which is the abandonment of psycho frame technology
Also the retarded colony independence movement. They didnt have the technology Anaheim Electronics had, so its what you would expect of the F91 gundam(as to the beam weaponry of ZZ gundam or others that rolled out of AE).

The Shu in the second half, he's merely stating the obvious, and doesn't really make all that good of decisions as a leader.

As a leader he did what needed to be done.

Hello I'm JC, I'm new to this thread but I love anime.
My favorite series are by rank.
1.) Gundam in General (except the chibi crap and Gundam Age)
2.) Darker than Black (even though the 2nd season dissapointed me a bit. 3rd season NAO!)
3.)K-ON
4.)HOTD (2nd season NAO!)
5.)Fruits Basket (even though the anime leaves out parts from the manga.)
6.) Wangan Midnight (Love the emphasis on the mechanical aspect)
7.) Initial D
8.) Zatch Bell (childhood favorite)
9.) YuYu-Hakusho
10.) DBZ
11.) Bleach
12.) Naruto (subbed is a must as Disney is killing this series)

Welcome to the thread! You should check out Evangelion.

Has anyone here watched Working!?

No but I want to.

You could give Kill Me Baby a try

Don't listen to this man. :p

Mirai Nikki Ep. 2:

But what's the point of forming any kind of faction when the entire point of this is 'I kill you before you can kill me'?

Because 26 episodes.

Because Gainax is behind it.

And that's good enough for me!

I wonder if you'd all be watching Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece if Gainax was the company animating them.:lol:Though they do have some involvement according to ANN.

I highly doubt that I'm going to watch Medaka Box. Gainax can go die. They gave me NGE and TTGL, I doubt they could ever give me something nearly as great as the latter.

Definitely checking out Kore zombie season 2, Accel World and Eureka Seven Ao.

Not at all. I've watched Gainax series because they are good. There's Gainax stuff that I absolutely dispise *coughmahoromaticcough----*

I haven't watch the first season of Kore wa Zombie desu ka, I might have to so I can watch the new one in Spring.

Sadly the only thing on the list that catches my attention is Acchi Kocchi. Although, Sankarea sounds like some kind of strange romance. And maybe Hyou-ka since it's animated by KyoAni.

Another 7: Holy bonkers!

That was an exciting way to start the show! I liked the part where the teacher went blaahhh ughooooo caw!! and then he squirted on everyone.

Needs the uncensored version, right now...That melting nightmare scene was horrifying too!

Do you guys find it funny how the son/dad talk gets cut off and they never try to contact each other again, or at least go "hey the line got cut off last time, watchu been sayin, dawg"?

Damn the women in this show have such pretty eyes :3

It should be noted this chart I posted is the third version it seems, and was released yesterday, so there's a lot more stuff compared to the first chart from like December. Now, where's my post from when I posted the first chart so I can add to that list of stuff that caught my attention?*Goes using the search function*

Azumanga Daioh & Shinryaku! Ika Musume added to my to watch list 👍

just came to mind also a show called Baka to test might be worth a look at if you need a comedy

I also tried Baka to Test, couldn't really grasp it. I'll try and rewatch Azumanga Daioh, but subbed this time. Osaka sounds soo much better without that damn southern accent.

Bakemonogatari Conversion Set for PSP
Latest light novel/anime conversion from Namco Bandai.

In a nutshell, a visual novel with some 2-player support of some kind...

^^ I sense a anime series being made 👍

I think the cutoffs are purposely done :dopey:. I lughed so hard at the death at the beginning  (I was like damn B@tch... its just blood)

True, and AE was a mass dichotomy by then anyway, however, SNRI had it's advancements and they still played a role throughout the remainder of UC. AE had too big a grasp for anyone opposing them to last long enough, Federation funded or otherwise.

Still, the F91 is incredibly capable even by the end of UC standards.
