Nah, I couldn't find anyone willing to give in. They just ran away... Going to spread the word I bet. :sly:

YES!!!! I finally snatched a milestone. 500th post of the thread.

Have some Dreams for your disappointment. They will be full of mirrors though.

look at about the 8th comment down, Mrbassguy666, IS ME

Bought myself an Iron Maiden bag yesterday, pictures to come. 👍

We're waiting... :sly:

Don't you mean... Got to find my internet image? :sly: :p

Got the Wicker Man down last night. Very fun play it in drop D too. Not much is different except 2 chords though.

so, anyone buy en vivo?

Have you listened to The thin line between love and hate from the BNW album? I'm not an Iron Maiden expert, but it is their best song I've heard! The singing, the lyrics, the guitarwork (what solos!), the breakdown in the middle. Love it!

One of my most-played Maiden songs.

One of my most-played Maiden songs.

When I listened to BNW the day I bought it, song after song, I was thinking at the end of Silent Planet "nothing can top that", and then TTLBLAH came...

Yes, that is just why BNW is the best album in existence. It keeps getting better. And when you think it can't get any better... It does.

I still say Somewhere in Time was the best overall album.

Have really started to get back into Maiden recently, my step-mum bought me one of the original World Piece '83 Tour Hoodies. :D

So your ventures into The Offspring (which are actually quite a good band) haven't taken up your Maiden life? ;)

Not completely. :sly: I do adore both bands though...

Fair enough. I told my friend that there was something wrong with him when I mentioned The Offspring and he replied, "who?"

I love the Offspring lol. Then again I like most rock music.

Then listen to Edguy. :sly: Because Edguy is great! :p

Relived some memories earlier and played some FOTD and NPFTD.

Oh right, we should be getting back on topic. Anyone bought En Vivo yet?

No how is it?

Btw working on learning Afraid to Shoot Strangers on my guitar

Really want to get En Vivo. :grumpy:

I haven't bought it, I was just wanting to see if you guys have. I'm too stingy to buy it myself. I wait until things get cheaper. ;)

Looks like I AM missing a few Maiden albums... Must go get them.

I never understood why they use so many spanish titles...

Porque amigo, es fantastico!

I kid, I've never really seen the point either. Why not just call it the concert name and year, like Donington 1992. Awesome title, and informative.

Where's the fun in giving it a simple name. It's a lot more fun to make it stand out. Not many bands are going to release a live DVD/album called En Vivo, or Death on the Road. Just like in Dream Theater's case, none of their albums have a title track, intentional, yes. Is there much point in it? No. Are they going to do it anyway? Yes.

hey for those who have it, sky arts 1 is showing rock in rio now

Just found the thread, Up the Irons!!!

I still say Somewhere in Time was the best overall album.

If I can cut In...Powerslave, maybe Number of the Beast. But some track on "somewhere"( Loneliness of the Long distance runner) are a bit off compared to other albums
