Well, the girl was back in school today. I noticed her glancing at me a couple of times, and I wanted to return the glances, but I didn't want her to see the pain in my eyes from something that had happened before class started. :(

Well geez guys sorry for having a very bad and very emotionally painful morning to the point that it made me rather not take any chances of any kind and no matter how small. :rolleyes:

Anyway, tomorrow will hopefully be better and I can actually do something. :)

Most women like a man who is confident, they don't want someone who is so easily controlled by his emotions. Talking to women isn't difficult, you just need to go up to her and simply ask how her day is going. If you ever plan on having a true relationship with a woman you need to actually talk to her and befriend her first, sitting back and waiting for the perfect moment just means some other guy is going to come around and scoop her up.

A lot of things do end up getting to me, but there's also a lot of things that don't. What I can't understand about myself is that I've actually been wanting to get to know her better, but I now find that hard since she's a crush and I'm (up front and honest) pretty damn shy. As for other guys going to her, its happened to me before with other girls, but I'm gonna try my damnedest to do something before that happens. It'll be hard for me, but it has to be done.

I can understand where you're coming from, but what is the worst that can happen? She might say no, that's it. Think of all the positive things that can come of it though, those surely outweigh the negative.

My advice? Make a desert, some cookies, wheat fudge or something like that and bring them to school with you. Take a seat next to her, introduce yourself (if you haven't already) tell her you made the desert, offer her some and then simply start talking. Like I said, most women like a man with confidence and they also like a man who can cook and take care of himself. I'm sure she'll get the hint that you like her (if she hasn't already) and if things don't work out and she tells you she isn't interested, well, at least you have some cookies.

Good advice, firstly. 👍

I would have made some kind of move a loooong time ago, but its hard for me to do so after some of my previous "history" if you will. I have been building up some confidence, as I said a few posts ago, but I'm just really worried that things will not go well. I'm damn tired of it. :grumpy:

Tomorrow, though, is hopefully the day that I do in fact do something. And I can honestly say that I'm feeling more good about it than I am nervous. :)

I find alpha male douchebag dudebros really, really, really annoying. Women fall for those asshats all the damn time! When they're done using/abusing them, I'M the one whose arms they fall into; and I'M the one who has to piece them back together!

Seven times out of ten, they come crying:

"You were right! He was such a douchebag!"
