yep, i know it, i love this girl and i really wanna go out with her...

but anyways, i wanna make something special for her birthday, and i think i should do it all from scratch. but i dont know what to make her if i made something from scratch. if you guys would have any ideas for me please tell them, thanks:tup:
 
Buy her something you know she'll like. But don't go over the top.

As for asking her out, just suck it in, and ask. Worse she can say is no.
 
A bunch of flowers and a hand made card should suffice. I don't know how well you know her, but if you're not going out with her already then going all-out on a birthday present might creep her out. Hand made cards are always a sweet gesture.

Firstly, so long as you like her, the opinion of a bunch of guys on the Internet shouldn't matter. Secondly, if you're worried about a negative reaction, don't ask for our opinions in the first place :)

The first obvious question that springs to mind is: What is she interested in? That's always a good place to start. If she likes hot rods, you're quids in... unlikely, but you never know.

Edit: and what the 3 people who posted whilst I was typing this said :D

yeah..but im talking making something with a welder or something like that..but i dont know much of anything i could build outa metal...but yeah, buying something would be good. but i was thinking about a custom done bracelet and/or necklace.

and i cant ask her out jus yet..maybe when summer starts, i gotta spend more time with her.

hand made stuff is always sweet..show that u actually spent time on it, instead of buying it.

That is probably one of the worst things you can do.

Don't put it off now because when the time comes you will put it off again... and again... and again... and again... and she's gone.
 
Trust me this comes from experience, don't wait to ask her out. Before you know it they are taken by another guy.

I'd be careful on how well you make that bracelet/necklace. If you don't know her that well, it may not be the best idea to go all out on that gift.

Don't be shy! That is what held my friend back for over 18 years from getting a girl. Just go for it. :) If I didn't do that, I maybe would be single. :(

yeah, but i know her somewhat..but like i said i need to spend more time with her,i have a few months yet till her birthday, and usually ill get comfortable and talk, its jus i have to get to know the person..

Well, then it's not a matter of when you should ask her out... you cant. Well don't count on relationships to end they might be together for a very long time. The girl I wanted I wanted Freshman year I never went up too because I was shy as well but it was a mistake I'll regret because sophomore year I decided to suck it up and ask but it was too late she found somebody else and I was too late. To add insult to injury she said if I would have introduced myself freshmen year we probably would've have gone out because she did have a crush on me but she simply liked her current boyfriend more.

You know what you could do? You could show her this page with her picture on the internet and explain to her that you're talking about her online with a bunch of random people. Then explain to her that even though you've never dated and you barely know anything about her, that you're in love with her.

My guess is she'll jump right into your arms.

I don't think quality should matter. If she thinks its a bit creepy, she might ask why you spent all that time making it, and all you have to respond with is that you had some spare time.

Dude if she's taken then that's a no go zone, they must be going out for a reason after all. I hate to dash your hopes like that but its all part of life.

ive known her since last november, and yeah of coarse ive gave her hugs and once took her home, and ive gave her things before...and mainly i need ideas for her birthday..but i wouldnt mind knowing what others thought of her, i know that i like the way she looks, but id just like to see what others thought.

How about a candle holder? I made one in school once. It was so simple but it looks awesome with a big bright candle on top.
 
idk, ive done a lot with metal crafting..ive got a really good/drop dead funny plan for for birthday, so what ever i do is going to add on to it..i know im prolly going over the top but it'll be funny as heck!
