I doubt this idea will go through, but why not have the GT start a little ahead of the DPs? The DP guys that can get through the GTs can, and the guys that drop back won't and hopefully the GT's don't have to deal with them.

I can see this ending badly. (I'm a pesimist yes) Also glad I can't make it, Monaco is allways a crap shoot from my personal experiences.

Have "fun" :p.

Well, as long as people don't drive like B-Spec Bob (there's a wall there, Bob. You aren't supposed to turn THAT early on the chicane), not much can really go wrong. Unless people pile up in one of the many hairpin turns.

1-2 the GTs are coming after you

3-4 they are knocking on your door

5-6 you crash while passing 6th

7-8 the race will end very late

9-10 never race city circuits again

**Think of Freddy vs. Jason when u read this**

I wouldn't say all city circuit's. Monaco however, should only be for series with 1 class.

Yes there are a select few that are decent but tracks like Monaco should be buried

I'm interested to see who's going to cause a log jam trying to pass people. 5 car crashes are possible here xD.

Considering there was a 4 car pile up at Tokyo (which I navigated through to get the lead), why not more? :sly:

At least I won't be overtaken by a corner cut this week (if they try at chicane, inside barrier)

Vigilante justice! Like a boss

Cleaner driving on everybody's part would help. Monaco's a great track for sports cars (the Formula GTs are abit tricky there. :sly:)

Remember that the ALMS uses Long Beach which is pretty tight. Hmm....and if heavy damage was on (like PD intended for "hard core" racing then I think most everybody apart from the hot heads would be more patient, me included. :sly:)

Agreed patience is required in my eyes especially for tight, one-line tracks like Monaco. Especially with two classes on the track at the same time.

When I can acquire a Nissan R390 GT1 Road Car (still have A LOT of UCD cycling to do or buy one in the OD), I will be representing Team Crapital None in a dark green R390. Until then, I will be in a dark green Aston Martin V12 Vantage. Hope I can get a chance to race with you guys next season. That'll give me more time to practice.

I'll add you on PSN, that way I can give you a heads-up sooner if my slot in the Vantage becomes free. It'll most likely be because I can't stay connected to the lobby.

Actually........

I'm out from about 7pm (2pm EST) onwards on Saturday, so I'll probably arrive mid-way through qualifying. That's only assuming I don't leave before 11pm (6pm EST), which if I leave before then, means I'll make it on-time.

If I'm able to make it I would like to race the GT class if there's room. If not, I will drive the safety car. Just goes to show how bored I am on Saturdays. LOL

Hey guys I am backing out of this series for the time being. Sorry and I wish the best of luck to you all in the meantime!

:(, good luck on whatever your doing.

It's ANZAC day here in Australia.

I've never missed this many races in a row. I want to get back on the track, but my schedule is leaving me out.

Hope you can make it in S5 :D.

Even with my unpredictable work schedule I have made more races than Cnd?:p

It's feeling pretty good! I might be a bit late joining the lobby because of the WEC but I will be there 👍

That's ok, as long as you make it before 6:50

No. Storm has been in qualifying rooms, then dc'ed pre-race and not got any points. To then reward points for this would be a joke. Then again, it would be consistent.

You only get points for a DNF, not a DNS, hence why I don't have two extra points for trying.
