Ford are winning in the large car market (till next year when Holden new V6 arrives) but the Astra and Barina are ahead of its Ford competition and theres no Vectra competitor in Aussie. The Explorer isnt in the same class as the Montery, maybe the Frontera could go up against the Escape, and beat it. Theres no competition for the Zafira, HSV Coupes, Cruze, Vectra, GTS(yet) and Grange (yet)
So when you take a look at it that way, Holden are ahead. It seem mopst people just judge on the Falcon and Commodore.

Ain't no one going to beat the new Vectra, that car looks beaut, and goes like a rocket, too. And the Astra convertible . . .

Oh yes, Ford doesnt have a competitor for the Astra convertible, lovely looking car (especially in that maroon colour) even though its a chicks car. Cant wait for them to bring down the Astra turbo.

Opel should do a AWD job, take on the rex and evo
And bring down the Speedster. Another car which doesnt have Ford competition

Yeah, I reckon Opel should keep the HOLDEN Astra shape (as opposed to the OPEL Astra shape), and give it AWD. that way it could have the 900hp, GReddy intercooler and MoTeC Engine Management System.

Did you hear about the AEC Bullet, the one that's based on the Miata body?

i quite like the mallo rims....... they do suite the car very well
