I don't get what's wrong, haven't they just said churches can choose not to marry gay couples if they don't want to? Or am I missing something?

Arora had it, I'm just kidding. You'll see from my prior posts in this thread I'm a supporter of gay rights 👍

Danny needs to simmer.

He has no idea at all how difficult it is being a white heterosexual male in a first world country.

Of course, do you know how hard it is for those poor Daily Mail readers?

If they want a day to celebrate being straight they should be allowed one (as long as it isn't used as a homophobic march or something which probably would happen), it's a bit pointless too but then so are a lot of things that have their own day.

Meh, I think these pride parades, whether gay or straight, are kinda dumb, but if they feel the need to do it, then go ahead.

Oh, and I'm not gay, but I'm also not going to breed, does that mean I'm useless?

They could become sperm donors or use a surrogate?

Yes but this isn't the same as a straight couple breeding as only one set of the DNA will be in the child. Though I don't see why breeding has anything to do with Gay or Straight being a right choice/preference/whatever people want to call it.

I think people should do whatever they want to do and it should never be a problem as long as its in their own life. If gay people want to get married thats fine but at the same time if Christian, Jewish or Muslim places of worship tell gay people it is against their religion and they will have to find another place to hold the event...then that is fine as well.

Why can't everyone just be who they are and not worry about who does or doesn't like them?

In my opinion, someone shouldn't have less rights because they cannot, or choose not to, breed.

Ignoring the fact that we face a worldwide issue of over-population, gay men can both adopt (depending on law) and donate sperm to grow babies.

Makes them sound like flowering plants.
