Is the "on demand" content on ESPN3 cut to just have the racing?

Just wondering because this is getting hard to watch... Despite it looking like a decent race.

I think commercials are there but you can scroll past them.

EDIT: I'm thinking of the replay mode once the race is over.

Nope. It feels like I have watched 45 minutes of commercials/features and 15 minutes of racing. This is the most ridiculous coverage I have ever seen.
 
Is the Gulf Aston Martin Vantage in this race? I saw pictures of it in qualifying. Oh another commercial break? This is like watching Grand Am on Speed..

Oh well think I'll watch whatever coverage happens today, tommorow morning after the F1. No adverts in that whatsoever thank god.
 
I'm watching the onboard from the Falken car, don't get adverts on those. RLM commentary open in the background.
 
I hope SRT has Onboard cameras of the Vipers when they race.
 
Mmmmm that Aston is sexy :drool: The Alex Job Evora is to, shame it's a tad slow. It is their first run with the car though so I guess it's to be expected.
 
Anyone's ESPN3 coverage super choppy? If I paid for this I would be asking for my money back.

The Evora sounds awesome too, what engine is that because its sound is not to far off a Lambo V12.

Yeah, he's a good racer but...he was talking and I was like "Oh, a lady racer, who does she race for?" and then it was revealed to be Sellers and I had a "WTF?" moment.
 
I should be there, but my friends didn't tell me they were going till last night. :grumpy:

For those of you who have just seen the race finish on ESPN3.com, do not spoil it for anyone watching on ESPN 2. Just want to make that clear as its feed is 15 minutes behind .

I thought it was a Toyota V8. But I guess it's different in GTE Class.

Same here. Personally, I still think GTC needs to be cut as I still feel its not necessary with the existance of all these One Make Porsche series.

Money. At least I think. Lots of money goes into a P1 program.

Loved the ESM vs. Corvette at the end, glad to see ESM get a well-needed podium.
 
I generally disagree when people complain about the ESPN3 coverage because it is the best coverage I've had available to me. I thought I would enjoy the ESPN2 coverage just as much, but I have to agree with all the comments here. It was horrible.

EDIT:. In case anyone cares; Adam Carolla won the Celebrity Pro/Am race in Long Beach earlier today.
