Wow, ESPN 2 hasn't even started showing the race yet. :grumpy:

Kinda expected it to be hairy. Fast drivers and slow drivers. Fast cars and slow cars. Concrete walls inches away. Flaggers that don't do their jobs.

Although the commercials not having sound is kind of enjoyable :D

Do they have onboards for this one?

An HD stream (with John and Jeremy commentating) would be greatly appreciated. :p

So it appears ESPN 2's coverage is live, but its 16 minutes behind.

ESPN has felt out of its league with ALMS since it started its coverage. A lot of fowl ups here and there. Still no sound on commercials. Which is okay. Some guy with a confederate soldier mustache selling battery chargers.

More cars off.

#56 BMW with puncture.

I would hardly count the commercials as part of bad coverage. Now ESPN on the other hand, you think this is bad? Watch their Indycar or Nascar coverage, can't get names right and good grief, "Right now" is thier favorite word.

That's the funniest thing I've seen all day. Which is saying something, bear in mind I watched you throw away a 6th place finish by crashing into the pit wall only a couple of hours ago :sly:

Ok don't rub it in...

Pretty much sums up ANY race on ESPN (discounting ALMS as they do not have any of the same commentators).

I'm enjoying the ALMS commentary at moment.

"I'm seeing a lot of bits of race car on the track." Well, no duh, there's been about 10 crashes already. I'm surprised the full course yellow hasn't come out yet so they can clean up the track. It's gonna happen eventually. Luckily, the Corvette hood flew over the fence.

Well it isn't just commercials. They have interviews cutting into commentating, and seem to always be fumbling with presentation. The only professional thing about this coverage is the Radio Le Mans guys. Good move by ESPN.

I don't remember the commercials coming on so often before. Do they fit the same amount as for a regular race?

The old man with the battery advert is annoying... even without sound...

The commercials every 3 minutes 🤬🤬🤬:banghead:

If this was NASCAR it wouldn't be like this...

How did Johannes Van Overbeek get a lap up on everyone? Did they decide not to pit or something?

Is the "on demand" content on ESPN3 cut to just have the racing?

Just wondering because this is getting hard to watch... Despite it looking like a decent race.

Going to sleep now, too many commercials, plus 1:27am...
