Which Car for Next Months Championship?

Im happy with that to go on, but if anyone joins tell that it wont count to the championship, as interest has rocketed through the roof im thinking of having one race on thursday and one on friday so no-one misses out :)

what do you guys think?

We have run into this problem with the GTP Spec Miata series. We now run a qualifying session before each race to determine the quick 16. If the number of qualifying participants is high enough a second room is run using a smaller championship points table.
 
I've got my car setup and ready to go. I ran some practice laps and my best time was 1:30.872.
 
Next should be a Daihatsu Copen or a Mazda Autozam AZ-1. That would be fun.
 
Posting from my 3G mobile connection to say that my home internet has given up the ghost. UGH really wanted to do this race :( 50mins for it to fix itself, fingers crossed!
 
hahahahha brilliant race!!! Me, Ranek, and asdfg, hahaha. brilliant it was so close! Literally the best race so far, it was neck and neck from lap 4 i think hahah!!! can't wait till the next race!
 
I agree Diablo, you me and ranek just kept passing each other. By far the best race I have had guys. Feel sad its over lol :( Roll on next time :)

Great race tonight guys! It was great to race with clean racers. There was some good battles up at the front for quite a few laps. Tr1mble and I were swapping positions for the last 5 or 6 laps. I had a great time and I'm looking forward to the next one!

Thanks! But it's a strange one as during my race and the replay my fastest lap was a 1:29:490 but i'm not complaining:dunce:

I took some nice pics from the replay that I have sent to Micra_k11 so expect them up on here at some point today...awesome race guys bring on the next one.👍
 
ive noticed it a couple of times now lap times during the race are faster than in practice with or without slipstreaming.
 
Actually can't wait for the next race haha. I'm also going to take a few pictures of some of the battles etc. from the replay, and try and get some good angles and that.
 
I didn't have the best of races, I find this track a hard one to sort out at the best of times. I couldn't get a clean lap for the first 7-8 laps without totally mis-reading a corner somewhere and smacking it, losing all my speed.

By the time I got it sort of figured out, I was 3rd last, but in the clear, meaning no-one around to draft off. Just turning the last several laps on my lonesome.

Any way I did have time to grab some pictures today. I'll try to describe what I can:

Awesome pics mate. I dont have the patience for taking them.

I watched the reply and saw a picture moment towards the end, which I missed.. I know let me rewind :P It was the 3 in my group side my side blasting down the back straight. I moved over to let the faster guy through it was awesome. Ok I know how sad that sounds lol :(

I have some pictures as well, including a set that shows how battered our poor Fiats got by the end of the race. All I can say is that I'm glad we don't have to pay for new body panels :lol:

I'll upload them when I get back to my PS3 later
 
It was a great race :) Lots of pack racing which came with a lot of back and forth overtaking. Of course there was some friendly bumping but it was still a very clean race as usual. Its nice to see such a good turnout and hopefully we will have a full grid for next week. Also nice pics Bobby and Mic_Col 👍
