'cause honestly i'm not what u call an artistic person, to me there is some beuty in things like a cortina that run's under a 8 second 1/4 mile, plus i kinda like the old cars. it's really just personal preference, though really back to the topic, i was thinkin' u thought there weren't any cortina's runnin' 7.8's that's all i was tryin' to clarify i see now what u meant, lol sorry for the off topic part guys

1 racer, if u need to test n tune i could do it but i can also give u a brief explanation, 1 strip ur car of all that pimp stuff, no stereo, body kits or that stuff, just motor and suspension and tires, no rims. then go to test n tune and raise the front tire pressure by 2 look at the 60 foot time if it gets better raise it 2 more if it gets worse lower it 2 from the original if it gets worse go back to the original just do that for ever one of the variables it takes about 100 to 300 credits to do but it's worth it i shaved .3 off of my time when i went to level 12 or 13. also make sure ur dyno is at 100% i'll explain if you need help wiht that also

ok cool ill try that when i level up, im at 90% exp... my dyno is at 99.84%, but i think i just need to raise the spark plug gap one.

it's pretty simple to get 100%. Here is the basic

first play around with the gap until you get maximum power out of it (ie, just play around until in can nolonger increase) usually adding/minusing 0.002 is how you want to move around

and then you line up all the dots. by lining up I mean really line them up such that they all move in unison. How to do that?
say you've got them all lined up underneath 12.5 or whatever. minus 1 from all of them slowly, stop the individual figure once they drop one ball. That way, when all of them dropped, you will know that they are all lined up perfectly. Add 2 back to all of them and you should have your 100%

so like you've got

minus 1 from them
...|12.5|
o o o o 63
o o o 64 <- this one dropped, so stop minusing this one
o o o o 61
continue

o o o 60 <- this took another 2

when they line up like that, add 2 to them
...|12.5|

o o o o 66
o o o o 63
just make sure you minus 1 from all of them in unison and you should get the max power

I meant MOST cortinas....especially the ones in WWIII I vs D becasue the lowes time there was 8.0 last time I checked....

no I had about 200,000 in cash and when I transfered my money to my new acount I used it to buy mods that I couldn't before becasue my level was at 8...all I did on my new account was race julie while I was on level 1 a bunch of times to raise my level nothing else...
