Well first off, you should beable to sell/trade/transfer cars and parts(possibly IMs too) within the crew...that's pretty much the definition of crew.

could someone, perhaps HRD, test the leaving and rejoining thing with a fake account?

You can't really "rejoin" a crew unless you get an invite

I think the '77 Mustang is by far the best starter car. I just spent $20,000 on it and its running mid to high 11's. The price of the car was included in the $20,000

I'm running mid 13's in my '86-'93 Pustang, and it's current value is $5,279. I guess that's good.
