I have to agree, I think many of your scenery shots are even better than your car shots. But I do like the black & white Formula 1 start grid shot and the cobra shot out of the bunch. 👍
 
DocArmor, Thank you for the kind comments. I just want to display what I see when I'm driving. Others see waaaaay more. I just try to make them enjoyable.
 
Proby, truth is, 70% of these photos were posted before. Somehow, isolating them in a gallery, they get closer attention.

I love the 'moments frozen in time' thing about this. Even better, is when someone agrees. Thank You.👍

You sure have a crap load of great photos. I've always seen many of your photos in other threads, but this is the first I have seen your gallery.

Not bad. 👍 I really like the Ferrari at Tokyo and the shot of the moving Lamborghini at High Speed Ring. The Volkswagen bus at Nurburgring and the statue of the lion at London is nice too. Really realistic atmosphere in them. :drool: Like what has been mentioned above, your scenery shots are much better than your car shots as some of them could do with a little less editing. But other than that, you got it spot on with composition and all. Can't wait for more. :D

You use some very various edit styles mate. This diversity makes your gallery looks like no other I think.
In the last set, i especially like the nascar pics for my part.

Kodje, I literally work each photo individually. So my mood will vary from one shot to the next, even in the same set.

So the toning and such may be different, but the car shall be fully detailed. I love finding a new style though exploration.

I love your photos immensely, they bring an excitement I cannot match yet. So for you to say such nice words is a big ego boost.👍 Thanks again.

P.S. I will build you a Nascar next verse.:D

Now, this is something to be really proud of, Gary. Even though pictures #16, #33 and #40 are absolutely fantastic, I must add that I also like your scenery shots. 👍
 
Wow! My favs are the Dodge Challenger at Eifel, and how it captures the castle in the background without pulling away from the shot. 👍 And the scenery shots are all great!
 
There are some great shots in your bunch of pics! I like your creativity in every shot. I also love the retro style shots(the Formula gt), like i said a few weeks ago. Cant wait for the next set!👍

Wow, there are some photos that really stand out in the post. Such are the landscape shots and the rear shot with the NASCAR pack; just superb! 👍

Skython...I am very pleased you enjoyed yourself. I fought that castle shot for 2hrs, 16 different angles, and a few layers to bring you that photo.

I have seen others try to include that castle in their shots, so I wanted one of my own.

30mph + panning 3 + 22.0 focal + 0.3 exposure = equals that shot.

The scenery shots were all done to show why we love the GT series.:)

But mostly, I did it for us.:)
 
Kalax3, In a true gallery, you will not find 4 paintings that are the same subject, from different angles.

You should find different moods, tones, settings, and individual pieces. Some off in the far corner that no one else saw. Something for everyone. (I hope).

It should create discussion, evoke feelings, garner contempt, or at best, make your day. (I hope).

To come here, is to leave all the BS behind, entering with just your imagination, and you will be fine, as these are all very simple works.

Nor_McLarenF1 told me that rear photo 'Captures the spirit of Racing".

I was just aiming for a 1975 funny car shot I saw on the Internet. (That's where I get inspiration for my retros from).

The landscapes are more deliberate, as they must look like familiar places that we all have seen, but ever really 'Saw'.

If any of those photos made you smile or think, then I did my job.:)
