The Hornet wasn’t available until the 1951 model year. The car above is a 1949 Commodore.Yellow paint with red interior looks fabulous. Did Hudson make a convertible on that generation of Hornet?
I probably like that more than the production car, aside from the headlights being blacked out anyway.

I am in AMC heaven.1979 AMC Lil' Chief concept. A Pacer-based off-road oriented SUV that never made production. Would've been wicked cool though if it did.

An AMC Hornet converted into an ute in spirit of the 1971 Jeep Cowboy concept that never was.

This is the perfect sport truck!
I was very keen to buy one some years back...probably close to fifteen, I'd say. It was a Summit White '93 with a blue interior (or grey?), fairly low miles and 17" Impala SS wheels (though the original set of 15s with tires was available to go with it). It was a bit more than I was prepared to spend at a time when I didn't actually need a truck and having only two seats wasn't ideal. This is the perfect sport truck!
Man, that Lincoln has such a presence going about it. I love it!
