In your opinion, which country makes the best looking cars?

1956 Lincoln Premiere in its original and correct color Amethyst. I love the colors available on American cars in the fifties. 285 bhp, 368 cu. in. OHV True-Power V-8 engine, Turbo-Drive three-speed automatic transmission, independent coil-spring front suspension, live rear axle with semi-elliptical leaf springs, and four-wheel power hydraulic drum brakes. Wheelbase: 126 in.

Lincoln was the only one of the big three luxury car makers to update their car for 1956 and it shows. Compared to the '56 Imperial and Cadillac, it looks much more modern. It was a smart move as Lincoln sales doubled that year from less than 23,000 in 1955 to over 50,000.

1948 Playboy A48. 97 built. Designed to be the second car for the newly emerging two-car family. Hercules four-cylinder flathead, later upgraded to a 92 cid (1507cc) Continental four-cylinder flathead. It was the first American convertible with a folding multi-part hardtop. Made in Buffalo, NY.

It's tough, but I think I give the earlier Trofeos a slight edge.

The rear is fantastic.

Eh, the '86-'89s are too N-body like for my tastes, and that 'formal' rear just looks...unresolved when compared to the face-lift (trunk lift-over notwithstanding). Shame the segment was in its death throes by the time the 1990 models rolled out, but then people weren't really buying Oldsmobile either.

But at least they still managed to give us the superior Aurora :P.

Don't know if it's technically Italian, American, or what, but it's an American brand, so here I post. Unpopular opinion here, I'm sure, but despite my distaste for crossovers I think the Jeep Renegade is a badass looking vehicle. Every time I see one in traffic, I can't help but imagine it looking pretty sweet lowered. I finally remembered to Google the idea and... yup. If I ever won that lottery I never buy tickets for, I'd grab one of these just for giggles. I think this one's a photoshop, though.

Also found this one with a kinda cool looking livery:

I once drove a Renegade that had a white interior with orange and dark brown accents and I thought it was the most stunning looking interior I'd ever seen in the segment. I'm sure you can't get it anymore since the thing has soldered on more or less unchanged for half a decade now (so interesting stuff like that is probably long gone) but it really did strike me.
