Hey guys, thanks for keeping this thread light-hearted and gripe free. I just wish that someone at Sony would clearly announce release dates and times for thier products. That would avoid so much BS. Updates, DLCs, whatever, should be annonced in the following format.
This product will be available at X time on X date.
How hard is that! I find it impossible to believe that release times and dates are surprises to the people that run that organization, so why is it a surprise to us, the consumer? The prevalence of vague communication avenues, such as Twitter, only amplifies the ambiguity. I think this should be especially true when your consumers get a kind-of-surprise-delay on their product. Rant complete, don't let me ruin the cool waiting vibe. I just can't wait to drive all my favorite cars on Spa.

you're going the wrong way with the time......
5pm est/4pm cst/3pm mst/2pm pst
You went the wrong way. EST time later then PST. I had the same thought process when I read 14:00 PST. Was like 2pm. However as mentioned. It's more like 5-6pm EST
For the servers sake. I hope they roll it out in the next hour. Many east coast and Midwestern people are working or in school. This would allow some spread on DL'ing traffic.
EDIT: Sharky you're a ninja!
Note you don't have to download anything - all the new content was included in the Spec 2.0 update. Purchasing the DLC packs from the store simply 'activates' and enables it for your PSN account. You went the wrong way. EST time later then PST. I had the same thought process when I read 14:00 PST. Thanks glw. Believe it or not, PDT not existing comes as news to me!

IIRC, all of the Pacific Time Zone observes daylight saving time and is therefore PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) and therefore no PST (Pacific Standard Time) exists...
In any case, I'm sure Kaz meant 2:00pm PDT (2:00pm MST, 3:00pm MDT, 4:00pm CDT, 5:00pm EDT).
FYI - The Mountain Time Zone currently has both MST and MDT, parts of Arizona don't observe daylight saving time. Hawaii also doesn't observe daylight saving time and is in HST.

Not to nitpick, but Arizona doesn't have a Daylight saving time change.

SonicWagonRead it one more time.
Same topic, not the same question. But thanks, I read that when it was posted.
No reason to comment unless you're in NA and have found it in the store.
