i got the theme here

I cant find the theme at all and the only way I know how to get back to the download screen for it is to buy another DLC pack, which i am not doing.

Got off the phone with customer service...

They said that they had no idea why it was doing that, tried to blame it on ME claiming "you must have done something wrong", AND then said that i MIGHT get a refund.....in a few days. i then told them that EVERYONE was having this problem and they hung up

Actually o_RED_Neck_o I have the same problem with the theme. The theme is not there for me and its not in my download history, BUT I did watch it physically download and install which is the weird thing.

Did you get the 4 old GT academy themes Sony emailed out a while back? I have the same issue and I think it's because it is actually the GT Academy theme 1 that they gave out again. So we just redownloaded one we already had...again.

The only down fall is that there is a chance they will give you a stealth you already have. xP They gave out the GTR and now the NSX. I already have the F1 so hopefully they give out one of the other ones.

No use freaking out. It's frustrating that we all can't be playing with the new content right now but they'll get it sorted out.

Look on the bright side: PD and Sony have been generous thus far with bonus content as a result these types of problems. Maybe we can look forward to more bonus content?

Same as everyone else, spent my $12, got no tracks, no cars, no paint and no suits. And Sony and PD have no excuse. This is a monumental screw-up.

Nothing to do with PD, Its SCEA PD made good DLC that worked throughout the world but SCEA somehow missed release then messed up the new release, Kaz probably hasn't been told yet except for angry tweeters.

Same spent 12 and saw it dl. Cant find the theme and 1 of the 4 packs have a red sack while the rest are blue. When i saw this i purchased again thinking i hit the wrong bundle. So i paid 24! Oh boy sony.

You got a whole community of people who were on the edge of their seats for long awaited DLC only to get struck down with epic disappointment with a delayed release....only to have that delayed release go completely FUBAR.
Everyone knows that we will get what we paid for, you dont need to pull a Capt Obvious. We are just pissed at yet another screw up.

Wow, Sony always screws it up in some way.
In my case, after buying the complete pack, no content appears at the ingame activation screen. Back to the store, the only content that appears as purchased is the track pack.
As far as it goes, $12 is expensive for just one theme and one gift car. Hope they'll fix it soon...

go to your account management, then transaction management and see if its there. i downloaded and installed it from there and have it.
