The OEM Wheels on the "wrong" car thread (Read OP)

That E36 is very nice, but the wheels would only work for me with BMW centrecaps. That would be my only stipulation for wheels from other brands. No Bentley Bs or Lamborghini bulls on my Audi, should I get those wheels.

R32 wheels on a C33 Laurel.

Swift Sport, also on R32 wheels.

Civic Shuttle on Porsche 924 wheels.

Strange but cool... SVX on Alfa GTV wheels.

R31 on R32 GT-R wheels.

Stagea on R33 GT-R rims.

Another Stagea, this time of V35 wheels.

I was right next to the car so too close to be able to take a photo of the entire car...

Someone put the Hyundai Sonata OEM pretty wheels on their Honda Accord (and didn't even bother changing the logos)

Compare that with the regular Accord wheel:

My 2004 Chevy Silverado that me and my Uncle have been refurbishing has GMC Sierra alloys on since the old tires that it previously had where shot.

I also once in awhile I see a 7th gen Honda Accord with Hyundai Elantra wheels, and a bunch of other cars that have the wrong OEM wheels on them.

Series One wheels (usually four front wheels) are a popular, heinously expensive upgrade for a later C4; since they are wider-than-stock width and an offset that pushes then to the corners; but they don't weigh anything and have more tire options than the stock wheels at this point. ZR-1s can have the rears from the Shelby put on too.

I know the picture kinda sucks, but it's the only one I can find that has a first gen Aurora with second gen wheels, specifically the 17" twisted spokes. I quite like the look, fills out the wheel wells a little better than the standard 16" phone dials all the first gens got.
