I just realized that I should pay attention to my oil and water temps cuz I almost lost a race. Thank god I didnt lose it cuz it woulda been my first lose. The people I was racing against took a wrong turn ending it in a draw. I kinda knew something was wrong when my car wasnt going as fast as I wanted it to go. Then I noticed heavy smoke coming out the tail pipe. I was like "Oh ****, this aint good". I looked at the temperatures and both were over 110.
 
haha, yeah you definently need to pay attention to those. Im not sure how long it took me to do this one. Definently not as long as the Denso did, there really isnt much to this car. Tho you would not believe how hard it is to actually do that little lightning bolt "I" in the middle of the "blitz"...haha. took me forever just to get it decent looking. still looks like crap tho. Thanks for the compliments guys....hmmmm...what car to do next...
 
well. Im afraid i have some bad news to report. It seems someone hates me. because somehow, someway, for some UNGODLY reason, my save game got corrupted. It loaded up fine, after i hooked it back into my tv and such, i was playing it. went to save it....and suddenly its corrupted. So now everythings gone. GOD DAMNIT!!!!!!!!!!!! I never backed up my save w/ my sharkport either. i KNEW i shouldve done it at some point but i just never got around to it GOD DAMNIT SON OF A *****!!!!

ahem. sorry. well that sucks

Can I change anything on my license plate after I bought the car? Also what ps did you guys have when you faced the leaders of Genesis R and Seeks at the same time?
 
Yes you can change your license plate after purchase. As said before, just go to Car Change, select the car and press Square. You can change any of the characters or numbers then.

I don't actually remember my PS when defeating the Seeks, but it was probably less than 581 since I think I had my L6 swap on it without the better muffler and cooling. That was on my FC.

This painting thing is so hard. I just put a light blue stripe on my white FC from front bumper to rear bumper over the top. That rear spoiler was one of the hardest. The rear of the car was also confusing. I also put darker colors where there were darker shadows. I'll try to post it soon.

I just bought this game yesterday.

Here's my info so far:

Car: Nissan Silvia S14 -- white
Level 1 muffler
Level 1 cooling
Level 1 transmission
Level 1 clutch
Level 1 brakes
Level 1 front tires
Level 2 back tires
Size 2 white rims (Can't remember manufacturer)
Custom shaved door handles
Type 5 front bumper
Type 5 rear bumper
and mods to the headlights and tailights.

Also, here's that engine swap requirements for you guys ;)

Switch engines:

Get over 1242.8 miles (2000 km) on the odometer on a car to unlock the ability to switch engines on that specific car. Successfully complete 100% of the game to switch the engine of any car.
 
Mark my words. I will have my cars back. Someday. Not anytime soon tho. Gotta beat the damn game over again. Then I'll make em again. I did it once, I can do it again right? Should be easier this time, haha. Hmm...what car to start the game over with. Im thinkin maybe the FC, or maybe the 180SX

last time i started w/ the old 300ZX. i think im gonna try to go w/ the 180sx, cuz I wanna see if I can make the Team Falken 180SX thats driven by Yoshinori Koguchi :mischievous: If anyone can find me some good pics of that car It'd be much appreciated

No it doesn't mean Master Turd. I looked up what my name meant and then looked up those words in Japanese. Literally it means "Noble, God's Beloved", kouki saiai.

Thanks IDAFC21. It was so hard to just get the stripe aligned throughout the whole car. This is still probably just less than 10% of what you've done. It was like making a mosaic with all the pixels. I now have a good idea of what you've been doing.

Oh cool. Where did you look up the meaning? I know how to write my name in Kanji but I don't know the meaning.

There's this one site that has translated names. They do wall scrolls custom made in authentic calligraphy. Here's a link.

I asked because you said it beat your Evo that is "fully tuned". What model is your Evo, 5 or 7?

I haven't top speed tested my Evo 7 yet, but with a lev.8 motor/lev.5 cooling & muffler, it pulls low 9's...

Is your Evo broken? :D
 
If your Lancer pulls low 9's, then why does my skyline pull medium 10's? I have all the best parts on my car. I just don't have any roll bar. Blah, I forgot what that is called, AH! Reinforcement.

About 2 hours ago I beat Late Midnight Cinderella. And I say, that is the sweetest RX-8 ive ever seen. I also Raced Dity HATO, and theres a old Skyline called something like the H2000GT-R and it has R34 tail lights! Is this where Nissan got the idea for the tail lights? Its awesome, so I own one. BTW. How do I get the mutha****ing West No.5 Corvette to come out, My battle speed is 135.57mph. What Battle speed do I have to do? Lots, And lots of questions, and please quote the hell out of this post.
