You don't have to do the Area with copy and move to get the carbon fiber tiles. You can just stamp a new one and move it to tile. I hope you're using a USB mouse by the way. The way I did it was just zoom in once on the hood, stamp out the sticker, move it to the top left. Stamped out another sticker and moved it to top right, and repeat up to a fourth sticker. It should cover the whole thing. Line up the lines too. That should be it.

i like unlocked it when i raced the ford gt so in rival list u need to have all of them down to wangan and 2 yokohane teams big wave and aps and also beat knife and forks and team alpha and i have 7/11 bosses done hope that helps

lol i beat him cuz whe i challenged him we were side by side and there was a van right in front of him so right when it said go on went the boost and i outran him at 207 mph
