I've begun a story tonight. I like where it's gone already.

Or at least that's what it sounds like.

The weather? New series of Top Gear? ;)

No/Yes

Nope!

And snow melting, for my wallet at least, is a good thing :sly:

You know what really Oils my Gears?

Driving stock cars in GT5.

Before I was like everyone else, buy a car, tune it to the max, then drive it.

Driving stock cars is so much better, you really can feel the car, the power, the charisma. I love it, so much infact i'm buying all the cars again, I now have every lambo/ferrari ect all stock.

The only thing I do is paint and wheels.

Yes! Especially with muscle cars. The only thing I usually do to those is 5-Speed transmission or filly customizable because they top out way too soon.

Yeah, but do you ever put a taller gear in?

Lol Carl Largerfeld owner of Channel saying Adele is fat. So offensive and she has nothing to do with fashion. I do not like what he said but it's so mean it became funny so it oils my gears.

Bruins winning every fight against Buffalo so far in style. Seeing them never give up and stick up for each other makes losing almost bearable.

Seeing Lucic land 6 face shots, one after the other, is my kind of fight. Why even bother starting a fight when big #17 will sit your ass down.

GO, GO BLACK AND GOLD!

Those of you who frequent the gear grinder thread may have read about me missing my old friends. Well I went and saw them today and it seemed their (they're brothers) faces somewhat lit up when they opened the door. Maybe it was for the other person I was with, but they seemed happy to see me. We talked for a bit and had a fee laughs and shared some memories.

It was nice, but it was like (major nerd analogy here) posting in a thread that died months ago. There was nothing on that topic (like me not seeing the friends after we went to different high schools) left to be said, and then after high post you hope there will be revived interest in the topic now that you post (like I hope to, and may see them more now that we've seen each other for the first time in about 8 months).

That's good 👍

And still lost 6-0 :) That oils my gears Hehehe. Timmy was thinking to much about birth control tonight I guess.

This oils my gears. Others misfortune turning. 👍 :)

My shoulders feel like real shoulders! Usually they are big on the side than flat on the front and squishy on the back. Did some new therapy moves to get the rounder and even and it worked pretty good. We will see what happens in the future.

The happy reaction and how grateful people are when I buy them a premium membership. It almost makes the loss of money worth it...

Google Sketchup is Oiling my Gears. I'm designing a house and it's property/landscape. It's got a unnecessarily long driveway with a walk under bridge which is going to go to a small lake. Because that would be epic! The house itself isn't anything amazing, but it's walled with GT5 photos. It's really cool! And the garage is big enough for 4 cars, and I filled it. :sly: With a Mercedes SLS, Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Range Rover, and Mercedes CLS.

This thread is awesome.

What oils my gears is my new computer. It rocks, it's blazing fast and I can finally play some good ole' games with my mates again (read: CoD4 online).

I'll be turning 16 in less than two weeks, so I can finally drive the Camaro my dad got right before I was born, and that I thought was the coolest car ever as a little kid. I just think it's cool that the way I thought it was so cool and I always rode around in with my dad, I'll finally be driving. He taught me how to drive a manual a couple years ago, and I have moved it, but to drive it to see my friends will be nice. Also, once I get my license, it means going to skateparks I always wanted to but couldn't, or taking the longboard to some nice spots.

Just brought a Corvette Z06 C6 (No, not the ZR1) slapped some nice wheels on it and body kit, then took it for a spin on TGTT free run, Cockpit view, floored it.....

What a noise! Sounds like thunder, completely stock.

I compaired it to the ferrari F430, and on the straight it is 5mph faster, against the scuderia it's neck and neck.

The scuderia is faster round the track by 2 seconds, but against the F430 they are very close.

This sort of thing Oils my Gears.

Also brought the Jag XKR, sounds and drives amazing stock.

I also realized a little while back that driving the cars stock is absolutely awesome, I refrain from tuning almost all the cars I buy now, usually if I tune them it's if they naturally suck at handling, the trans is weird, or an LSD or something. Some standards are actually a blast to drive stock as well. I bought a TVR V8S and a Jag XKR, the round-ish looking one, and the stock engine sounds are awesome, and the handling with the stock suspension is superb. 👍

Why is everyone only starting trying cars stock now. I've been racing stock for my entire GT5 time. Tuned cars have no soul or feel. Not even a personality. It's just a setup that helps noobs drive better. :sly:
