The 2.02 update was the maddest thing I've ever seen on GTP! In was CRAZY.

I believe you the the DLC whenever PS Store in your region updates. I think mine is usually later in the afternoon. :(

Ran the Super GT B-Spec race at Suzuka during the down time. Log out and reload the game to see the update.

12 minutes? Ouch.
