Now me again..

I'll just rate yours due to me not agreeing with Monatsende.
I love the use of DoF in this picture, the lighting is good. It doesn't look dark on my screen. Though I feel that it could've been a bit zoomed out. 8/10.

Here's something from me:
Nice, I like the editing style and composition. Nice lighting and use of the 'cool'(?) filter. I feel that the contrast could've been lower though. 7.5/10.

-- Edit --

Realised that I hadn't posted this as soon as I wrote it since it was left in a tab, sorry for missing you Sid.

I like sense of speed and composition. Makes the TT stand out a lot. Nice work. 8.5/10.

One of mine.

I like the photo. It's high quality, and has a very nice composition. Although, the McLaren seems to blend in with the background. IMO, I want the car to stand out a bit, but since I don't represent everybody,

I'll give it a 9.

Here's mine.

Mixed feelings about this one myself.

Special Stage Route 7_6 by trivran, on Flickr

hmmmm, this one is, well....not that good! If you focus on the track, at least this one needs to be sharpe and not blurry. And a T1 is maybe not the best choice for shots like this. How fast was it, 50mph?
But you made it to the tunnel with it, so one bonus point for you.

2/10 for this shot...sorry

Actually I have 2. This is the one I tuned; got it up to 164MPH so far! Anyway, like I said, I had mixed feelings about it, so now I know it SUCKS.

Yours..The wheels are spinning so fast I can't see them :scared: Nice effect with the light, shame it touches the cloud, dunno if that's GT5s or your fault. 9/10.

Me once more. And the last time for a while.

Like the creativity on your shot, i would like it just a tad brighter. 8/10

I just wanted to say that's an awesome shot, but I don't know about the warm filter on the clouds. I think it would all look better if the colors on that outer ring were a bit cooler.

9/10 - great lighting and colors. It's nothing too spectacular but sometimes the simplest of shots can be the best :) Good stuff

Here is one of my favorites, just wanted to see what you guys thought of it:

^^^8.5/10 Very nice picture, however the car looks slightly oddly positioned, otherwise it'd been a 9.5^^^

^^^^^ 8/10 cool action shot, I like the positioning of the car too. Great vivid colours :D

I'll just repost this and try again...

^^
I like how it looks like panning mode 1 and 3 were used and the toning is great. The banding could have been fixed, but I really like the unique mix of colors.

A bit over saturated, but a nice pic nevertheless 👍
Now, something different :)

Nice picture. Great car, but the body paint ruined the F40's looks (IMO), but it has nice editing and blurred edges. 8/10

Yes, I know it looks a bit over-edited. :dunce:

Yes, I know it looks a bit over-edited. :dunce:

Is that the 'miniature' filter? Looks a bit like it. Edited a bit too much (as you feared), and I feel that there's something strange about the composition. Perhaps let the full Furai be in the shot. Still, nice work. 6/10.

Love how the car is positioned so the lighting of the tunnel bands out. Everything is just about perfect, yet the only thing that detracts from it for me is the fact that just the very tail end of the car is blurred slightly while the rest of the car is in focus. It's just a slight blurring and thus doesn't covey speed if that was what was intended by it. 8.75/10

Read the OP before you post.
Rate photos before yours. I wasn't going to rate your photos, but since you're new, I will do it anyway. Just read the first post before you post.

This became my profile picture, my favourite car...

Picture 1 doesn't convey a sense of speed. But it has a nice composition.

Picture 2, the car seems to not fit in. The McLaren should be doing 100mph+ for it to look great. Or with lush scenery and reflections. The partial color doesn't make it fit in, either. It looks good, but not great.
6.5/10

6.5/10 - Its not a bad shot, just not a great one. The car looks out of place. The composition is very good, it is just the subject that is a bit eh...

specialstageroute7lfaco.jpg

And now to review an un-reviewed photo. It looks good, the lighting effects, the brake disc, and the wet surface. It just looks like the wet surface is looks like ice (IMO) and the lights distract you from the car's brake disc. Otherwise, it's a great image.

8/10

^^ I like it...the black and white theme fits the car and the focus is spot on...the subject is on the car..9/10
