Composition and action all great. One of the best shots so far I have seen. The color is a little bland but the complete photo is deserving of a 9/10

Here are more of mine.

like it, a bunch of cars, but there's too much blur, try changing panning to mode 2 or 3 👍
7/10

here's one with filter
Autumn%20Ring_1.jpg

Okay. First off, you did GREAT with this filter, as it is very hard to pull it off. I really like the scene, the feel of the drift.

Now, the bad. You have the terrible smoke effects on the car's body. It caught my eye and it made the whole picture seem very flawed. The paint color too is very unflattering to the Impreza in my opinion.

Overall-
Scene-9/10
Delivery 5/10
Total- 7/10

Heres mine-

both have too much blur, what makes then don't look so good, but I like then 6.5/10

now, which is better?
this
Suzuka%20Circuit_1.jpg

or this
Suzuka%20Circuit_2.jpg

Of the two, I prefer the second because the car is sharper. However, I think with an exposure between the two leaning towards the second, it'd look even better.
I really enjoy the angle of the shot, the f# being reasonably low, and lower shutter speed giving a real sense of movement.

8.1/10

I don't know how to critique photos, so I'll do my best. In this picture, I can see that the car is about to brake for a tight corner, but the track is too blurry to capture the detail. The background is fine as it is, as it is in the fardistance, but the track shouldn't be blurred when it's close to the car. I can't even make out the Brake marker. I would prefer it if the blur was toned down a bit to allow the viewers to get some detail of the track.

7.5/10

Guess you missed the part of the original post that said, "**If you don't rate the pictures before your post, Your photos are mostly not gonna be rated**."

Oh god, i missed that!!! thanks for letting me know, i look foolish now. I'll rate a few photos right now to make up for it

I like these! the lfa picture (which didn't quote, for some reason) is very nicely positioned and captures the elegance of it. 8/10.
The IS-F one is nice, and simple, but perhaps needs a little more? To show the excitement of night racing. 7/10
The Miura's a bit blurry, but i love the way it looks like an ad for Gran Turismo :) 7.5/10
Love the 1st Ferrari picture, this photo captures the elegance of racing in nice cars but the excitement of a line of vehicles all racing in compacted areas at close speeds. 8.5/10
The last photo is pretty cool, it definitely captures the speed of the cars and gives you that sense of enertia just looking at it. But perhaps the angling could be a bit better. 7.5/10

@dcplus14 like the shot but, its just a bit boring, car is centered and theres no tilt 5.5/10

Big fan of the first Merc shot...good stuff.

6/10

My Retro Ferrari shot:
5409595263_57ffa2a4aa_b.jpg

I'll play once more before bed.

Likes: Good sense of realism with the people doing normal things in the background (especially one of them taking a picture of you taking a picture). Angle of shot is nice. Not too high, low, or abrupt. Horizontal positioning of the car.

Dislike: Only one major thing is the B&W with a dark car with the reflection on the glass. It's too extreme in three different places on the car. To me, the extremes are okay if it's in one place that's usually the focal point, but when there are three, it splits attention. The minor nitpick I have is the vertical positioning. Could raise the camera just a tad more and let just a peek of sky in or more building.

Overall: 7/10. The three huge points of contrast is the only thing that really puts me off of this picture. Taking with the warm or cool filter may reduce the intensity and still give you a monochrome feel to it.

I went out on a limb and done something NOBODY HAS EVER DONE!!! I took a picture of a Ferrari on the Nürburgring. :guilty:

@rx7ah :
The first pic is so tilted IMO. (I don't see the need for the tilt) You should have also used more blur for the background to give emphasis to the car. (given the zoom/focus you gave the car) Lighting can be improved too. Overall decent photo.

I'd give it a 6/10 :)

For the 2nd pic, the tilt creates action. subject is a bit off center (but ok with me).
You should have used more light on this one and probably reduce frames per second to create more speed. It doesnt convey the idea of motion that much. overall, ok picture.

Id give it 7/10 :)

With a few tweaks you can make these photos more interesting :)

Here are my shots just started to get the hang of this thing. :)

Great photo. Shows one of the bad ass aspects of rally, sliding. :) 8/10

5411153611_6ae7def708_b.jpg

I like the setting to go with the car (gives you the "I've got money." feel). Only thing I don't like is too much is in focus -- lower the F#. Even that is being nit picky though. 9/10. Well done.

1st pic: The smoke looks great. I would have probably zoomed out a little bit to show more of the track - that would make the car stand out in my opinion. 7/10

2nd pic: Great pose, showcases the car beautifully! Just a little dark. I wonder how it would have looked with the partial color filer. 7.5/10

hahah, nice color and effect, great shot 8/10

1st: 6/10. needs to focus more on the cars and not have to much in the background

2nd: 8/10. i would show the whole of the chrome tesla

3rd:8.5/10. you could turn up the exposure a little bit or try a different angle because the chrome tesla needs to stand a bit more. i still like the shot though.

^ Blue Merc pic is very well taken. The color stands out and works very well with the B&W background. 9/10.

I really like this shot. The Black Maserati with just the right amount of blur to show the speed and leaving the long track in the background gives it depth. Nice 9/10

Here are three I would liked judged. What Im looking for is which one is more pleasing to look at, which has the best color and detail and witch one is best in overall composition.

1) I like the angle and composition of the shot, but there are a couple things ruining it. One would be the underexposure, where there aren't any strong highlights in the photo other than the headlights. I know it is in a tunnel, so grabbing highlights would be difficult if you didn't have an editing program like Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop. Also, I would reconsider where you upload your photos, because they are presenting an awful amount of compression. I would recommend flickr.

Score: 6.5/10

2) I like this one better because of how much prominent the car is, but suffers from the same ails as the first. Also, be more careful how you execute "cross-process"

7/10

Now for a couple of my photos.

5415189300_bf5f865fc0_z.jpg

incredible pic - 9.5/10
very realistic, both in composition and image quality
(only thing holding it back for me is the car choice - the scene just begs for something italian if you ask me...)

5386123053_105e17697a_z.jpg

not as good as the first pic - 6.5/10
sweet image quality, but i just don't see any substance/focus/direction as far as the composition is concerned

now, for me.
(this is my first 'rate my pics' experience.)
i'm more looking for such when it comes to the technical/quality aspects versus the compositional/artistic aspects, but any criticism or suggestion is greatly appreciated.
