Wow. This thread has been dead a while!
Almost as long as Rimmer!
Or A-line Flares with pockets in the knees!

Better resurrect it! (Just bought series 1 & 2 DVDs today, now get to watch full glorious 32" episodes with proper surround sound instead of watching ****ty 14" .avi quality episodes with dodgy sound on my laptop!)

Pete was 9, in both human & sparrow years!

Next question....

Which body part does Lister threaten to rip off if "Death" comes near him?

Nipples was the correct answer to my question. Looks like DQuaN answered both subsequent questions correctly too, therefore its his turn for a question. :)

Hmmm..........

What does Kochanski say, that makes Lister realise that it is actually Rimmer impersonating her?

"Up the ziggurat, lickety-split."

The clincher is when Kochanski says "You never told me that!" in response to Lister's question about their night of sex (which didn't happen).

He/She then also goes on to claim "I'm a bit out of sorts at the moment, I'm having a woman's period." Which drives the nail in Rimmer's coffin really! :dunce:

I guess it's Famine's go then.....

When collecting the post, how much is Rimmer's outstanding tax bill?

Too quick for me! Don't stand a chance while I'm asleep!
Oh well, I'm off to Infinion for the NASCAR race. Should be interesting (as NASCAR gets!) since they'll have to turn right for a change! :sly:

Ah, it seems both previous answers were, to quote Rimmer, "brimming over with wrongability" hence the stalling of the thread.

The figure was 8500 pounds. (Damned US keyboard with no pound sign!!!!)
It later goes up to 18000 when the Outland Revenue man catches up with them in BTL.

Will wait for confirmation of correctness before posting the next question......

*Edit* just noticed something else tonight. Was watching DVD of Series II which I finally got around to buying, despite its extraordinarily high pricetag compared to most other DVDs, $69 for 2 series! Anyway, in "Kryten", when Rimmer describes the members of the Nova 5 crew as "having less meat on them than a Chicken McNugget", it has now been edited for (probably) fear of a McLawsuit(TM) to be "Chicken Nugget". Though you can clearly see his lips pronounce "McNugget"! How sad.....

No confirmation, oh well, here's another for you spacebums to answer....

Who was Holly playing postal chess with? ;)
(I'd like a name, generation, IQ and the vessel he serves on in your answer, please.)

It was Gordon and his IQ was 8000, i forget the name of the ship though.

"Whos winning Hol?"

"I guess he is, that was the first move!"

Sorry. Forgot all about this.

And it's "Smeg AND the Heads"... :D

Thought it was only a single they released, not a whole album, and it only went to number 1 because Lister personally purchased a million copies.
"You'll never be short of an ashtray in his home"

Single was "Om"

"Rimmer" is supposed to die 5 seconds after being told he'll die of a heart attack in 5 seconds time.

Rimmer is supposed to die at the tip of a harpoon. Lister will kill him after finding him sleeping with Kochanski. Or course, this was all a lie Cassandra made up to piss Lister off, because Lister kills her.
