Filipe I'll try make a tune mid week and give it to you to test and tweak to your liking 👍.

Glad to see my drivers are already working well toghether.

But still if he wants the viper slot i can give it to him, if there's no problem with it.

No problem mate, Viper is yours, we can resolve this in a good way ;)

Mr. Polarbear can i move to Chevy Camaro? :D

Yea, you can switch!

I know tunes are more user specific. But Paul was running at least a full second faster than the next guy at Indy. :scared: You should be in good hands.

I should be on in a little bit. But I promissed my girls they could go into the pool when I got home. So as soon as they are done I'll get on. :)

You really posted this many emotes? Most people wouldn't notice the "Never mind" at the front. Then how many will actually know what you're saying "Never mind" about anyways?

I mainly use my phone for the forums anyway, so I cant see the emoticons. Lets keep the thread clean. Simple edit would have been just fine.

Is everyone pretty much getting 1:43's in GT for Tokyo? I think I may test out some DP's later on. :)

Edit: Took the Minolta out just now. What a ride!!! Easy 1:33's in that car. Dunno if thats good or not. Everyone else seems to be shy on posting times. It is Monday though.

One more edit. I noticed that the Viper is supposed to be at 1250kg. But I have Stg 3 weight redux plus all the other mods and I am only able to get down to 1257kg. Can I just add a little HP? :)

It may have been a typo. Let's wait to see some other times before we give your viper a boost!

I've been running the Viper at 1260 kg, I'm running nowhere near the 1:43's.... until about lap 6. :D

I'm getting 1:41.9 as my best time right now, although I have ran a 1:41.4 somehow in preseason.

Thats awesome Tez! I have no idea how I'm gonna find that extra time.

I'm looking at my times now in practice mode and it said I clocked a 1:42.007. So its there, I just have to find it. :(

I could throw you my setup if you wanna give it a spin. To be fair though, if you can keep 1:43's going all the way round on your stint, you'll last a lot longer than me on tyres.

What about Felipe? Are we going to have 3 Vipers running this weekend? I can finally make it this time! :D

Ok I think I found my problem. Dont laugh...I had on sport softs. Did a quick lap and pulled a 1:42.1xx. I think I can find an extra tenth. But I dont want to mess with the car so much and turn it into a hot lapper and be stuck with something that I cant drive later on in the race. I'll probablly leave it as is.

We all do it!

And 45 laps seems like the ticket, so you can start to plan a pit stop strategy accordingly!

Cool. I hope I make it. I like Tokyo 246. 45 laps this week. Just putting it in big print :)

Man, I dont think I am going to implement a pit strategy. I dont think it matters any more with the cautions. 1 Caution will throw it all off. You kind of have to do it on the fly.

That being said, I think I can last 5 laps. :p

I think I like the 'on the fly' way a bit more :) That may just be me though...

Practice mode=slower than online by a few tenths of a second.

Practice mode is faster due to tyre wear being off and phyisics being different online to offline. (You can make a can handle perfectly on a loose setup then online it's out of control.) Our guys proved this, so I never practice offline 👍.

Physics maybe, but you can easily turn tyre wear on and grip to realistic for practice. The variation may be a second a lap, but you get the general braking points give or take 5m. Also, racing your ghost is probably the most supreme way of playing around with lines to start of with.

There's been times where I'm faster online than offline, so generally when people tell me I should be a few tenths slower automatically because I'm switching to online, I laugh at them..... and sometimes proceed to be their times in the process, depending on who said it. :D
