Don't come out your mouth sideways, talk straight kid. I ran a high 38 @Daytona on my 1st lap with the Nissan before we ever picked cars, I don't know why the handling is different now, even with the same tune as then. It just is. You talk about complaining but I see everyone doing it because I ran the 787. So where did it stem from? Check the facts before labeling someone. I think no tuning is stupid. That doesn't represent the cars capabilities in any way. Why restrict tuning when you're going to tune it anyway? I just tested the Toyota earlier and ran 32s @Tokyo with 490hp 1050kg. Equal to the Mazda and not even with a tuned suspension. Just gearing and LSD. Still hasn't been broken in either. My point is if you think the Mazda is advantaged you really gotta look at your own car or others and what they get out of it or others. The reason we are disallowing tuning is that way we take out the Ant who is over a second faster. That way it isn't just the driver or setup. You haven't even driven the Toyota yet, and you claim I haven't tested the 787B. I own the car it is on share. The reason I haven't said anything about the R92 is that it has been speced already, and no one has complained about it being too fast. Last year Ant ran away with it in the TS020. He is just fast. The DS3 is actually a little easier to control a car with than the wheel. It is slower once you get the hang of the wheel, but you don't have to worry about turning the wheel too much and causing oversteer.
We aren't trying to reinvent the wheel, just making sure it is still round. The GT specs aren't all that close apparently. If the 787B gets a restriction, will you switch cars again, or just complain?
