Why has there never been a single piece of singleplayer content for the kart in 4.5 years of this game?

Like, even if they don't want to give it a permanent event because of how the game is structured, it's unbelievable to me that it hasn't had a weekly event yet.

The WTC 600 race at Grand Valley is the only event I’ve been able to win in the kart, and it’s not that hard.

It really kills me that they designed kart tracks for decoration at some of the fictional tracks but we can’t drive on them.
