^Yeah, I keep doing the same thing and I have no idea why.
I want to read it, but I keep putting it off for some reason.

Weirdly enough, I'm also about to read part 9.


Am I seriously the only person who actually reads the parts about AJ and RD and thinks it's actually kind of..... pleasant. It's just the fact that the whole thing isn't just about sex makes it feel more like it's meant to be taken seriously.
The whole thing with them on the roof top actually felt more adorable than funny. I guess I'm just a sucker for love stories, yes, even involving lesbians, because when I see that they're actually in love with each other, and aren't just constantly trying to get some action, it just feels kind of pleasant.





EDIT: Back to the sex jokes part of the relationship, and it's funny again.
Am I reading this write?

I mean, I still laugh at the idea of them together whenever it talks about them going off alone, but when it actually involves dialogue of them talking together I just feel kind of...sympathetic(for lack of a better word) toward them.
I'm actually more embarrassed to admit this than I was to admit to bawling my eyes out to TNTNE.

My favorite part in 9 was when Pinkie snuck up behind the guard while dressed like Sam Fisher when the guard was distracted talking to Trixie, put her hands close to his neck, motioned for Trixie to stop freaking out that Pinkie had just risen out of nowhere again after an entire afternoon of Trixie being increasingly freaked out about Pinkie being Pinkie, coming to a climax when Pinkie wrapped her arms around the guard's neck as she...





Hugged him, basically crying at him to let them out on the balcony.


You could feel Trixie about to have a heart attack.

^That might have ended up my favorite part if I didn't get distracted halfway through it.
I still lol'ed, but not as much as I would have.
 
What a coincidence that everyone here is reading chapter 9,and I have to say that is amazing how well written TBoTS is,seriously doesn't seem like an amateur job,just building the atmosphere for that moment,that is truly amazing job.

And:

That RD with AJ touching(kind of lesb...)moment is kind of anime...ish if I'm honest,however is very well done and don't involve over exaggerated silliness like the stuff you find in other fan fics.

Maybe I should read more fan fics,just reading two and I want to read them all again.

I seriously thought the story was going to take an unexpected turn when I read that part.

Also, I was thinking "Goggles with glowing green lenses, what the hay is that all about?" Then I realised "Ah, she's wearing night-vision goggles". fitting really, seeing as Trixie thought that Pinkie was going to take the guard pony out.

The part at the end of each chapter always seem to make me laugh, and it was no different with part 9, "The muffled explosion, the shattering noises, and the screaming that buffeted the door....Pinkie Pie's eyes sparkled. "Wow, they must be really going at it!"
Oh, and "Sponies" :lol:

Yep. Quite a touching little scene, that was. I've read straight, not-supposed-to-be-funny-whatsoever Pony shipping stories (don't ask why I have) that don't write the "tender moments" scenes nearly that well, and even the best one that I've read still only manages to match what was in Chapter 9...





And then Pinkie makes a perfectly-timed Jurassic Park joke. Gravekeeper is truly a talented soul.

Gah, I actually found this part of the story moving, and I'm not normally into romantic moments like this to be honest:

Even though this story involves a lesbian relationship, I like the fact that it isn't all about sex and what not, plus it helps to maintain a level of innocence which I like as well. It's actually good to see such a well written and touching moment like this squeezed in amongst the hilarity which is evident throughout the rest of the story (Cue AJ smacking RD after mentioning "Trixie and her Twilight-rut").
And yes, I noticed the Jurassic Park joke as well.

Just my thoughts,the thing about it is that is not overdone and fits the style of MLP,and doesn't go into more deeper/intense grounds.

As for today photofinish caught my attention(due to the actual photofinish between Massa and Kobayashi),hence this parody video(quite silly but fun)



Also,I think that appreciation from the community towards Rarity has been increasing in the latest days(also mine),I think that is actually a pretty cool character whcih has been overlooks by the fandom,which drives me to see PMV like this:

I bring this one out because I'm working in something that uses this stuff,however I'm working with this arrangement,the tempo is better and doesn't have chorus which makes it open for introduction of other sounds(and is also not pony related, although this kind of caught my attention,also to ED)
