Not entirely, but basically yes. Both parts of Return of Harmony were written last season, and Faust actually said on her DA that the somewhat more "adult" tone of the the two episodes was entirely a coincidence.

I think just one fandom-made episode would be incredibly awesome, but obviously having multiple episodes would be a hell of a lot better. This needs to be done at some point, it really does.
