Here's some food for thought. We are a 4 episode through Season 2, and 6 episodes since his debut (and add another one to that since he certainly wouldn't be in the Rarity/Sweetie Belle episode), and that damn owl hasn't come back yet.

I was thinking about his whereabouts the other day, but I get a strange feeling that he will return at some point this season, not that I want him to though.

Remember that I still want to do the races tomorrow if anyone is interested.

Well I'm guessing that you want to do them at the usual time. If that's the case, then I should be able to make it (plus I shall finally buy the GT5 DLC at some point tomorrow).

I typically don't post after signing off, but technically they are two different songs. Fluttershy sings her soft version, and then Sweetie Belle performs her rock version. I was working with the content I had, and to quote Applejack, "Even if you simply have to fudge it".

Pretty much pegged it as fake immediately. I'm all up to date with Allegrezza, unlike some people.
And if I ever decided to stop reading it, then CoffeeGrunt's army of watchers wouldn't be able to give me a kneecapping because I'm not on DA.

The ending is, to be blunt, bad; but the author is supposedly working on an epilogue to fix it up.

Because that worked so well for Mares 'n' Magic.

Finally, I (mostly) caught up with Allegrezza (7 pages left to go), and I have to say while the Bon-Bon/Lyra interactions are a fun counterpoint to the OctaScratch, Octavia may have just slid out of the "entertaining because she has a stick shoved up her ass" category and deep into the "completely unlikable bitch" category usually reserved for Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon.
Now, maybe something will happen before the chapter ends that will make me forgive her; but I saw that result coming between her and Lyra during their verbal sparring match, I hoped she wouldn't do what I thought she was going to do, and ultimately when she did it anyways I prayed she would at least apologize immediately for crossing that line. Not put the wall back up and then start the fight anew the next time her and Lyra were able to talk again (which is where I am right now). I honestly kinda want Lyra to go through with her threat with the two bowties at this point.

Heheheh, I was trying to aim for them to be as bad as each other.

They inevitably make amends for the glory of friendship and music.

The ending for A Dark Sky was bad mostly because it had little closure for most of the characters and was rushed. It wasn't bad because "O HAI GUYS, I'LL JUST THROW OUT THOSE 10 CHAPTERS OF CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT TO MAKE IT SAD," so a hastily thrown together "O HAI GUYS, IT TURNED OUT TWILIGHT KNEW ALL ALONG SOMEHOW SO EVERYTHING IS HAPPY SO STOP DOWNVOTING THE STORY" epilogue wouldn't be an option.
