I would like to know if and when these Sunday races take place. I'm not 100% sure if I'll join a lounge tomorrow, but there's always a chance that I will though.

And my plan was to but a PSN card on the way back from my friends house earlier, but getting up at 3PM left me with very little time to buy it (shops closed early as well). Looks like I'll get the GT5 DLC tomorrow instead.

EDIT: I'm starting to wonder when the next part of The Sun is Tired will be uploaded. All I know right now is that some of the previous chapters are being rewritten, but apart from that I have no idea when that story will crop up again.

Well, I was caught watching an episode I recorded (Boast Busters) when my dad came home from shopping, and was wondering why I was watching this show that's supposed to be "for five year olds". Ugh, we have high def and this show airs in standard definition. My eyes! And when my dad noticed just what I was watching, I said, "I can explain".

Okay guys, I need help finding something.

I need ultra-low res copies of FiM in WMV format. 360p would be ideal, 480 probably would be okay. It's for my Walkman, and it only has a 240p screen anyway. However it's OLED, and looks damn sexy anyway.

So low-res FiM in WMV, any suggestions?

Most video's from youtube allow an ultra-low res download.
As for it being WMA, you might need to convert it. Google will tell you how to do that.

Techvoid has created a video that visualizes our activities on the repository from the project’s start until today. You can see the various developers adding and modifying folders, particularly my really awesome overhauls that modify or create entire arcs of directories.
This video does not show server, editor, or combat simulator directories, sadly.

So. I have the worst luck ever. The story that I decided to read because I didn't want to read Fallout: Equestria because it seemed similar enough, the Mane Six weren't all dead and it was a hell of a lot less long-winded?
Yeah. Well, it had been a lovely (albeit very dark, obviously) after-the-end-but-maybe-not story. Then Pinkie became Pinkamena, and it became Cupcakes and a half. Then Applejack got captured by Super Bitch, and Dash was forced to kill her on the spot, after a practically spelt out AppleDash backstory. Then the story flashbacks to the time when Dash cut her wing off to spite Twilight when Twilight left Rarity to die in an attack because saving Dash was more important to the war effort.

I sure know how to pick 'em, eh?




In happier news, another recommendation. A Dark Sky. If you liked Two Beats, or at the very least like the tone/presentation of Two Beats, I think you will like Dark Skies. The antagonist-centered narrative is very unique, Dash's (and to a lesser extent, AJ's) role in the story is absolutely nothing like you would expect, and the entire story operates on a level of realism that is quite nice. It also has a subtle character examination for Pinkie Pie, in that it has a character who is much like Pinkie except she is a complete sociopath.
The ending is, to be blunt, bad; but the author is supposedly working on an epilogue to fix it up.






Finally, I (mostly) caught up with Allegrezza (7 pages left to go), and I have to say while the Bon-Bon/Lyra interactions are a fun counterpoint to the OctaScratch, Octavia may have just slid out of the "entertaining because she has a stick shoved up her ass" category and deep into the "completely unlikable bitch" category usually reserved for Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon.

Now, maybe something will happen before the chapter ends that will make me forgive her; but I saw that result coming between her and Lyra during their verbal sparring match, I hoped she wouldn't do what I thought she was going to do, and ultimately when she did it anyways I prayed she would at least apologize immediately for crossing that line. Not put the wall back up and then start the fight anew the next time her and Lyra were able to talk again (which is where I am right now). I honestly kinda want Lyra to go through with her threat with the two bowties at this point.
