I figured it out when they were doing the grape smashing thing, mostly because the episode message wouldn't have made any sense if she hadn't been involved and that was the most likely explanation for her absence. Once again, completely over thinking things because I was too busy to pay attention to the actual hints given.




I will say that I hadn't put thought into how they had switched until it was revealed, though.

Could be explained with Dinky being an only child and in a "big brothers/big sisters" program. The pony she was with was differently enough in fur coat that it could be possible.

I've never seen anything to suggest she was an only child. I mean, I've never seen anything to suggest she wasn't an only child, but that doesn't make it impossible. Or maybe they weren't actually sisters? Sweetie and AJ were allowed to compete despite not being sisters. Maybe they just have a sister-like relationship?

Just saying that it can be worked around and doesn't have to be the end of a part of the fanon.

After the blowback from certain elements of the community when people tried to work around the blindbag names, I'm afraid that depends entirely on how the fandom reacts rather than the strength of the arguments defending the idea.

You're overthinking, I think.


Would what Celly did in Lesson Zero be considered as her showing her "Power to the Max"? I doubt it to be honest, and Big Mac didn't exactly play a pivotal role in that episode either, but he did have a lot more screen time than he had in previous episodes.

Actually, we did see Trollestia in Lesson Zero, well kind of.




Also, do you think we really learned more about Zecora during Luna Eclipsed? I mean, we could guess that she would be accepted by the residents of Ponyville at the end of Bridle Gossip (and obviously by the Mane Six), but now we know that she helps organise Nighmare Night now as well.


Hmm, well apart from that, there isn't much we did learn about her.

Not really. We learned a lot about Nightmare Night through Zecora, but I don't think we learned enough about Zecora herself to check off that box.

Not really sure about this one, It made me laugh and all but I think is one of the least amusing ones. I mean EP1, EP3 and even EP3 were darn hilarious but this one does goes after its target demographic, and the result is meh(some bits were somewhat interesting though).
